Has anyone owned or handled a 38 Trim 1 in box?
I'm aware that this size would suit my lifestyle,but I do prefer some 'slouch' especially in a large bag , my Trim II in Epsom is lovely but totally unslouchy and though I love it I long for a less formal look in the Trim
. For a larger bag I'm considering Trim I 38 and have the offer of one in Box.
As my H leather knowledge is sub zero I would appreciate people's views how it would handle.

VNSoie would be the person to answer (Calling VNS!), although hers is 43cm. I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but she's indicated that it worked like a dream during her travels in Europe. I've looked at your possible bag, and I think it would hold up brilliantly as a slouchy hobo-esque--but chic--carryall. If you treated it properly (Blackrock and Obernauf's LP), it could go into the rain as well.

By the way (hopefully not too off-topic), your knew GM is a dream. Perfection--and it would be amazing paired with the Trim 1.

Arabesques I've decided to save my pennies for another bag , the fact that it was Box didn't endear , nor did the lack of information from the vague seller.
Moving swiftly on , I'm looking again !
For some reason I thought yesterday was Sunday not Saturday !! so more time for H ...

I noticed on some Trim II the "Hermes Made in Paris" is in gold on the clasp part of the leather and on some it's embossed on the end of the shoulder strap. Is one of them fake or are they both correct just different issue years? Also some are lined and some are not which are the real ones?
