Yay bag twins!! Thank you for sharing. I’m not too familiar with evergrain so still learning. My first impression is it has a nice sheen and distinctive smell. And the scratches rubbed off pretty well. Roulis is actually my favorite style from Hermes.

Just came across this mini Roulis in matte Gris Pearl from a reseller.

Previously this was only done in Rose Mexico as part of the So Pink collection.

I have 5 days to decide if I want to the black mini Roulis (evercolor) with phw. I tried the black 23 but it was too bulky for me. I'm 5'7 and 160lbs so not a small person but thought it was too boxy. I don't like the Constance (also strap too short for me) so the black mini Roulis is the next best option for the strap length, size and shape. My ideal color is Gold but I wouldn't mind a black 'Hermes mini' bag (I would still get it in Gold if offered). I already have a mini Chanel black crossbody and black WOC but not a "black mini Hermes" yet so this is making be antsy.

Would YOU go for a phw black mini Roulis? Is there high demand for black in the resell market if I don't like it?

Don’t buy it. You will lose money on the sale and if you’re questioning it already, you don’t love it. Lots of money to waste on something you don’t love that other real customers may.

The mini roulis strap is shorter than the Constance 18 strap. You should pass.

The roulis is for folks who love the bag. You won’t be making money on resale for this bag.

I do really like the Roulis but my reservation is it being black. I have a chain extension that will make the strap long enough.

Thanks for talking me out it. I passed and got another bag in barenia faubourg 🥰

I noticed on the 2016 bag the side hardware (both sides) the ring doesn’t move around the same as the 2018. It moves around but not up and down where it’s easy to get the strap out for adjustment. I understand there have been t-bar adjustments and the 2016 doesn’t have the spring. It’s the movement of the round piece I’m asking about. I hope that makes sense! I really am looking to confirm Hermes made this change somewhere between 2016 and 2018. Many thanks!

Hi , i have recently bought roulis 23 from vestiaire collective and the T bar doesn't have the spring and i can't slot the strap through the ring. wondering how to get it fix !

I believe you have the older first version like my 23; you just need to bend the leather and slot/ fold it through the ring. That was how it was originally designed and later versions were modified with the T bar with the spring.

OMG, bend the leather and also means that bent mark will be there. will try later and hopefully i can success.

Mine is on the center divider, the back "panel". Right near the top where it's connected to the sides of the bag.
Others may have it elsewhere; mine was a from a few years ago.
I also have the 23 not the mini, so that may differ as well.

Thank you!!! Clearly I was blind but found it instantly with your directions! Mine is the mini, got it from H.com a few weeks ago.
