I have an iPhone Max Pro from a few years ago, and while it 'fits' inside, it bulges out the sides of the bag to do so. I always take off my phone case when I use the mini roulis to make it fit better, but even then, the sides of the bag bulge out a little bit. Not enough that I think it will distort the bag per se in the long term, but know if you have a big iphone like mine, it's a tight fit!
I agree w/ the others - wait for the color that makes your heart skip a beat...!

Hi! For those who have the size 18 and size 23, is the strap drop the same for both sizes? I've been enjoying my mini (18) and would love to have the bigger size too. Thanks in advance!

I believe it's the same but because the 23 is larger, it sits higher when worn crossbody. Well I can crossbody both sizes anyway, but I can also wear the standard strap for a K28/32 crossbody.

Just got my roulis 23 and found it is quite heavy (TC), is this because of the leather? It seems heavier than my Jypsiere 28. Would you feel that roulis 23 is too heavy to carry whole day?

Hi everyone! The mini Roulis is my wish list bag and I'm deciding between Barenia Faubourg and evercolor (not sure which color yet but in the neutral grey/brown family). In your experience, which leather would be better for this bag? I own a C19 in Etain, epsom.
Thanks so much! I love the heritage BF leather but also love how evercolor shows colors so well

Since you want a brown anyway I would suggest getting it in Barenia Faubourg if you like it enough. It was the very first few bags ever released when this new leather was developed and I was offered one in a Mini Roulis which I declined. I think it does suit the design and sporty vibe of the bag well. You can choose anotyer bag in Evercolour in the future, which I agree takes colour very well. I was just offered a Cassis 24/24 21 in Evercolour yesterday, which was really beautiful.

Beautiful color combo, congratulations!! I am finally getting mine this week! Many of the Roulis mini review photos/vidoes make me wonder whether the leather choice on Roulis doesn’t hold the structure of the bag well. They kinda all look squeezed flat to me for some reason. Is there anyway to prevent this?

I can second that Evercolor takes colors beautifully; my 23 is in Vert Verone and I specifically was looking for a pop of color. (But it does seem like you may prefer a neutral.) In terms of wear in my experience, Evercolor also takes a good beating as I'm not particularly delicate with my purses. I don't have anything in BF so cannot speak to durability.
Either way, excited for you when it comes! :yes:

Congratulations! We are bag twins! I got this bag 4-5 years ago and I use it a lot! I love it for travel when I want under the radar bag! The evergrain leather is great. I just sort of rub out scratches! Mine has permabrass hardware and looks like your does too!
