Ode to the Roulis

New-to-me mini Roulis in Lime. Bought it non-returnable without seeing the color - despite doing as much research about it as possible I was more than exited to open it.

At first I thought “oh no, it is neon” - but even though it is bright, it is not neon, it is a great cool yellow, and it will make everything I wear it with cooler - in color and in vibes!

As happens many times, I went in search of a Magnolia small H bag, thinking I would get a (4th!) mini Evie. No joy. And then I found my true love Magnolia Swift mini Roulis in phw!!! I was absolutely stunned when I found this bag, the swift in magnolia is absolutely lovely glowing pink leather and feels so sumptuous. I have loved swift for years, as my first H was a swift bracelet, and when I saw this one, I knew she was mine. I wouldn’t want a larger swift bag, but this structured small one was perfect.

I use bags about this size for dog walks and running errands or casual meals out, and here is the perfect pink for that. I love my B’s, K, and TPM’s, but this mini Roulis has been laying in wait for me, perhaps my second favorite style after my B’s

It is so non fussy and holds everything I need. I added inserts from Zoomoni, my favorite non-MaiTai inserts for small bags in the silky new fabric. I also ordered a custom wheat braided phw strap extender from Mautto (shout out to them, it is perfect) for the perfect crossbody wear for me.

Can you tell I’m in love?!💖 it feels a “where have you been all my life” bag to me!! Happy Saturday!

If you don’t have a max your phone will fit fine. I have three roulis mini and it’s probably my second favorite H bag style. I love that you can adjust the strap to be long, medium, or short so it can be crossbody, shorter on the shoulder, or very short.

If you don’t love this color offered, wait for a color you love.
