What's the favorite P18 insert that isn't structured and would fold easily with the bag? I don't want to even remotely risk denting the leather. Wanted to try a fourbi (a la @BKC's post a while back) but my store doesn't have one in stock. Of course I could order online but figured there might be another gentle/unstructured option out there?

You could take a 24” scarf or piece of fabric and place it in the bag, put your stuff in and tie the corners diagonally together. I did that until I made my drawstring bag. Thank you! Yes, I did. Had to sew it by hand because I am not skilled enough with the machine to work with slippery fabrics so it took a minute, but yes.
Finished one of the twillies yesterday.
I got all 3 pieces and had enough left over to do a muffler type scarf from one 41” square scarf. I overestimated the measurements a little bit to be safe, so the bag is a little taller than I would do next time.

I found this listing on Etsy. Turned out, Dungeons & Dragons dice bag can possibly work! I've asked for the larger, 6.5"x6.5" bag, but she also sells smaller bags. Haven't gotten the bag but will report back once I do.

UPDATE: I just received the strap yesterday. It took about 3 weeks to delivery. The quality of the strap is pretty good. Even though the color doesn't match perfectly but very close. The strap color is a bit darker red. I'm 5ft1 so I don't know
whether the bag sits too low on my hip. What do you think? I'm also be able to wear it crossbody. My pico is 18 and color is Rough De Coeur.

Hi all, was waiting for neutral color in size 18, but SA showed me this and came home with it. Now I am having second thoughts, I mostly have black bags. This is my first Picotin. Please help decide. Thanks

It's gorgeous! I've always liked the multi-tone Picotins. But depends on what your personal preference is. I actually think the white stitching goes really well with the casual vibe of Picotin!
The colour is Vert cypres/ Vert Bosphore. Colours change with lighting. Attached more pics fr internet. Thanks
