Thank you Mimmy! I'm not really bothered by the unstructured nature or the waviness but based on the photos and videos I've seen online I haven't seen anyone's pico are folded in so much so just wanted to get some comfort that it is normal and it sounds like it is. I'm definitely going to use an insert to retain its shape.

btw, your pico looks lovely too!

22F50A41-E345-4552-80C7-94E5577F4BF1.jpeg Yesterday I took my new baby out for the first time since I got it. Went to the mall to find a new compact wallet. My mall has many top designer stores so had fun popping in and checking out the different selections.

My SA at Hermes was off but had a great conversation with another. They didn’t have the pouch I wanted but always love stopping in there.

I am so happy with my new baby and I received so many compliments on her.

I went into the LV store, the SA came up and couldn’t stop telling me how cute my bag was. When I told her it was Hermes, she was so surprised. Then another SA complimented my bag. It was fun to see how they were both surprised that it was Hermes.

It also proved to me that the Pico is a great bag and is definitely under the radar. ;)

Just just thought I’d share. :smile:

Introducing the Pictotin 18 in the new leather Taurillon Maurice. It's a little stiffer which is great for the Pico, they tend to slouch too much for me. Now I don't have to get an insert (I hope!). I think I like this new leather more compared to the 22 in Clemence that I have in bleu hydra.
