I'm having a hard time deciding on whether to keep this beautiful Lindy 30 in Rouge Casaque that I just got from Fashionphile. The color and condition are gorgeous, way better in person than on the listing.

I've had my eyes on a size 26 for a long time, but I was out for one on the pre-loved market. Lately it's been terribly hard to find one at a price I was willing to pay for pre-loved, so I pulled the trigger on this one. Quarantine has given me a bad itch to buy stuff.
I'm quite petite, 4'11" (maybe 5' on a really good day) and I find the 30 to be quite heavy with only essentials (picotin 18 fits everything I need comfortably). I can't decide if it's too heavy for practical use, and I have to admit it's a little large for my frame. Compared to my LV Neo Noe (my pre-covid work bag) though, I don't think it looks too outrageous.

For those of you who have both sizes, is there a big difference in the weight and size? I've gone back and forth so many times on whether I will come to love this bag more as I use it, or if I will regret removing the tags!

also please disregard my messy WFH set up in the background, lol.

I personally love L30 as most of my daily essentials can't fit into L26. Mine is in clemence and I found the weight manageable even when I put in a water bottle, snacks and other stuffs. I'm 5'5 (1.65cm) but I went for L30 basing on whether the bag can fit all my essentials or not. Hope this helps!

My first post on this forum and I'm a newbie to this Lindy group. Finally got my first leather Hermes after owning two other canvas models!

Wanted to share my joy in getting my L30 in Canopee GHW! I love how versatile this bag is and how
I can use it as an everyday bag as it goes well in whatever outfits I'm in; be it yoga attire or tee shirts and
shorts.

Also bought a couple of protections for my new "baby" which I totally love -
1. Bag Pillow from BAQ (https://www.facebook.com/baqbaginbag)
2. Bag Liner called "Lindy Smile" which will not collapse when the Lindy folds into dumpling shape; also from BAQ
3. Silicon protector for base studs

Wishing everyone a great week ahead.

Stunning! I've never seen that color in person, is it new for fall?
If you have the chance, would you share a photo of how you load it with the Lindy Smile organizer and what the bag looks like closed with the organizer inside?

Thanks! The bag is from Fall'2013. I got it from a reseller at a pretty good deal (about USD4.6K) as the bag is in 99.9% brand new condition, comes in full set (with box, paperbag, original receipt etc) and I love the unique color and GHW.

When I went to Hermes shop with the bag to get a matching twilly, my SA mentioned this color is unique as the color is a seasonal release. She's also pretty amazed how brand new the bag looks even though it's a 2013 bag. :)

For the LindySmile bag liner from BAQ BaginBag, I've attached a photo to illustrate how it is inserted into the bag to prevent collapsing. I love the service from BAQ (based in Taiwan) as they are so friendly, responsive and they even advised me which color of the liner to I should get to match my Lindy's color. Totally recommended! :)

I feel silly, after I posted I realized it was an older color. It's gorgeous and that's a great price. I too favor GHW  The photo you attached is helpful, I like the flaps to insert into the inner pockets.

Hi fellow H lovers!

My favorite H bag is the Lindy. Luckily, I got hold of the basic neutrals such as noir, etain, etoupe and gold. In one of my trips last year, I saw a lady carrying the bag which I think is an L26 in a gorgeously unique yellow color. The color was attractive, yet subtle in a way.. not too striking.. Since then, I can’t stop thinking about it. I began to do my homework and discovered that the color is Jaune Ambre. I’m not fond of colorful hues but Jaune Ambre gave me sleepless nights! I looove the color! I saw resellers post L26’s but it‘s too small for my frame. L30 suits me best. Been looking for L30 jaune ambre everywhere but seems impossible. Does it even exist? If so, I will patiently wait and look for it (sigh) =)

I am around the same height as you and have sold my L30. It looked like a camping bag on me and it is so heavy and unmanageable for me. I got a L26 now and I use it as an everyday bag. The size looks perfect for me and can fit everything I need. It is also much lighter!
