Evelyne TPMs come as a full set as is. You cannot swap out the strap for your purchase. You also cannot buy an additional leather strap from your SA unless it’s one of the few premade seasonal strap options made in general and they happen to have it in stock. Some people use Etsy to fill this need. (I will note that some more VIP type clients with long standing relationships have been able to separately order leather straps for their Kellys, however I’m not sure that I’ve ever heard of it being successful for an Evelyne.)

Hi Everyone, hoping to gain some expert knowledge - I would really love to purchase an Evelyne TPM in Noir with silver hardware.
I will be in Paris in April (currently live in Glasgow) would I need to make a leather appointment or can this be requested as a walk in.
Are these really difficult to get and is it worth trying the London stores I will be there in March.
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Well, here's my new-to-me Evelyne GM (original version, non-adjustable strap) in Taurillon Clemence. I was debating between the PM & GM, but I'm honestly so glad I went with the GM. It holds a full size LV zippy wallet, cosmetic case, sunglasses case, phone, key holder, and a couple of random extras.

I did find that adding an organizer makes a world of difference, at least for me. I was concerned about the corners of my wallet and such not only showing through the bag, but also potentially creating imprints or marks on the leather from wear. The organizer keeps that from happening and also helps the bag hold shape (it will even stand by itself!) Mine is just an Amazon cheapie.

I’m looking at getting a black Evelyne PM or TPM.

I loved how comfortable the wide strap was when I tried it on.

My question is whether the fabric strap attracts dog hair? I have two golden retrievers and I can’t keep any black wool in the house.

The strap isn't wooly like a sweater, but yes, if near the dogs, the strap might pick up some hair, like anything else dark or black. Nothing a roller would not take off in a moment. I have a white dog, a black and white dog, and five Evelynes, and it's never been an issue (but the bags are stored away from the dogs in a closed room).

I have a black Evelyne and an English Cream Golden Retriever. I occasionally notice a couple white hairs on my strap but they are easily removed. I have several Evelyne's and they are by far my most used and comfortable bags! Don't let a little dog hair worry you.
