Ode to the Evelyne

I was able to order two GMs from the website: biscuit PHW and etoupe GHW. Which one should I keep when they arrive? I like the etoupe with GHW more. But would the biscuit PHW be better for every outfit and every season? I don't want to keep both because I really hope for a red one next. Thank you.

I actually have the etoupe w/ghw (but in TPM) and I find that goes with everything I wear.
The biscuit with phw sounds like a cooler more summer-y bag, whereas the etoupe goes well with the whites, while the ghw transitions it nicely into f/w.
If you're confused about the color, try to match the hw to the jewelry you wear or the hw on other accessories (shoes, etc)
You're very lucky to have a choice.

Thank you so much for your comments. I've always had my eyes on the etoupe one and my favourite watch strap for my Hermes Apple watch is also the etoupe one. What's more, I live in a cold, rainy costal town in which my things get dirty quite quickly. I think the etoupe colour is much more suitable for that. I got carried away when I saw that the biscuit color was available.

I think you can’t go wrong with the etoupe. It’s a classic color and a safe choice, in my opinion!
I have a PM etain Evelyne which is a similar color, though grayer and no contrast stitching. It’s my most used bag!

My mini Evelyne became my everyday bag ever since I had my boys. Their necessities goes in the diaper bag which my husband carries, while I carry my own phone & wallet in the Evelyne.

My first Evie complained that she over worked and asked for a sister. So I obliged. Here’s with her noir rghw little sister.

The biscuit is to die for and matches my wardrobe staples navy, red, white and black. She's also like a pop of colour, but in a neutral tone, if that makes sense. I'm just so in love. She is so me.

This is my dream bag! Was it hard to find?

I was never interested in the evelyne before. it's just my SA said this was such a casual cool bag and it would look good on me. But she did mention any ghw is hard to come by, not sure if that's true or not.

I love it. I saw a Nata Evelyne in PM in the store and was really tempted but was afraid of color transfer. Would you mind sharing after 10-20 times wearing how well the color holds up or whether there are major color transfers. If your experience is positive I might have one more item on my wishlist for next year
