I absolutely love my Belt bag. She's the perfect size and colour and I just love using her.
Don't know if you can tell from the pic, as its not great quality, but the colour is Prune.
I love the colour prune too, a deeply autumnal colour if ever there was one. So jealous.

Oh boy, after a week of owning my black GHW Evie I'm realizing the strap attracts fur like crazy (I have 3 cats...). I haven't even used her yet.. only taken her out of the box to try on. I easily took it off with a lint-roller but I can only imagine how bad this will get once I actually start using the bag!
I called my nearby store to see what other colors they'd recommend and they have an Etain GHW in stock! I'm gonna go in and see it tomorrow, but what do you think? Is Etain less versatile than black? Is the light strap more prone to fading/looking dingy?

OK, I took the plunge and exchanged my noir for gris etain, with GHW. 
She looks stunning and I think will hold up much better with all the fur/dander that sometimes flies around here. I loved the noir but I knew I would constantly be lint-rolling it after each wear, which already drives me crazy with my clothes. I would love noir in my next all-leather H bag.
Etain is an interesting color... it photographs green-ish but in person is a very "flat" concrete gray color. The gold really pops against the flatness of the color. I will admit it doesn't look as classic or versatile as noir (grey/gold is kind of trendy now) BUT I'm okay with that. It's just puuuuurty, ya know?
I love how the veins and grains of the leather are so much more visible in the trim with this lighter color... I didn't see that in the black but wow this really makes it clear that H are true leather artisans.
(On a related note, Palo Alto now has a noir GHW PM Evie for anyone who wants her haha)

Congrats! I absolutely love that color, I ordered one online in the TPM size, but my SA called me the same week to offer the gold one. We were moving and about to buy a house, so I couldn’t keep both!

I have to disagree with you and say this color is very versatile! H black is very dark and can be a little harsh with some outfits. Personally, H does color too well to stick to noir. This color is so gorgeous! Congrats
Hi Everyone I am new here in this forum.Finally after few months of thinking over and over again I finally bought my first Evelyne Pm in Etoupe. At first I always wanted a Black Evelyne but for the last 2 weeks I have been trying the black and etoupe Evelyne Pm.I purchased my Evelyne yesterday for my birthday and I endup getting the Etoupe as I think the color suits me better.Here is the photo of me with the Noir and Etoupe.What u guys think?

Love it! You rock both colors but the etoupe looks really good with both your light and dark outfits. I can see how the noir might look too severe against a light colored outfit... IMO noir looks best and most classy with all black, dark, or more professional outfits.
Thank you. Yeah I had that in mind when i was deciding which color to get. I wore usually black outfit everyday specially winters months, so when I tried the noir eve it made my outfit look even darker. Having a lighter bag would balanced out my usual day to day outfit and I am planning to use my Evelyne for an everyday bag. I have other bags that I wear for more formal outfits. I find it so hard to pick at first I explained it to my SA to that I wore usually darker clothes so she also thinks that Etoupe would be a great addition to my daily outfit.I am so glad that I went for Etoupe and finally to get my first Evelyne after atleast 5 months.
Both colors look amazing on you. I honestly was thinking of picking up a colorful PM but between your post and the Etain above, my next might be another neutral!

Hi everyone.I am just sharing my experience after a week wearing my Evelyne.I really am obsessed with it and I am glad I dicided to get the Etoupe as I find it so easy to matched with my outfits.My only concern is color transfer in the backside of the bag but so far I don’t have any? Does anyone have the Etoupe Evelyne and did you have any color transfer issue? Thanks
