Yes, it has popped up on the web-site. But it sells quickly so if you want one, you need to check frequently and buy it as soon as it pops up.
Yay, so glad to finally join the Evie club! It's my first Hermes and was pretty daunting to buy but I just haven't been excited by LV, Gucci or Celine in awhile...
I went to 4 diff Hermes stores in France/Germany looking for the right color combo.... and in the end had to "settle" for one last minute. I was looking for noir or bleu nuit PHW, but due to some travel scheduling issues ended up in a store with only noir GHW - the only Evie PM in the entire store.
All my bags are GHW so I was hoping for silver for a change... how does your GHW wear over time? Any color loss/tarnishing? I'm especially wary of the areas where the strap clips rub on the d-ring. Considering trying to exchange it now that I'm back home...

Really? I guess come to think of it this store was the only 1 of 4 that had GHW Evies.
Maybe I’ll keep it... I could make do. Also had to “settle” with GHW on the mini Constance belt that I also bought. No PHW buckles anywhere I looked!
I’ve always thought GHW makes for a dressier look so it seemed odd on a casual bag like Evie... the gold *really* shines on the strap buckles.
I agree with divinexjanice: it’s a unicorn. This is number one on my wishlist, my third and final (I hope) Evie. In the end, it really boils down to how you feel about the bag. GHW on an Evie is rare, so seen as more prized right now. I prefer silver HW on the Evie for exactly the reason you state — it’s a casual bag, and to me, SHW seems to fit that vibe better.
At the end of the day, it’s your bag. It should be the combo that you love. Don’t settle!
I would not pass on an Evie with GHW. It took me three visits to finally find a Noir GHW, and it was the only own at any size in the Madison store at the time (lucky for me my SA calmed me since she knew I was waiting for GHW!). You got very lucky!
