I can't decide between 29 & 33. Which is your preferred size? I've seen a 29 and its a nice size but I think 33 may suit me better (although not seen 1 and there aren't any in the stores I'm London). I'm 5ft3 and slim build so would the 33 be too large for me? I would use it as an everyday bag but I have young children so would like the option to be able to carry some of their stuff in the bag. The SA will call me when she gets stock but I think she is just on the lookout for a 29. Appreciate your opinions.

I think definitely the 29 for you. Of course it’s hard to know without trying it on, but I think the 33 would overwhelm your slight frame. I’m 5’8 (sz 0) and wear the 29 and it is plenty big.

My SA just said they got one in in Etain. I am unsure if I want it because I already have gold. Do I need two?

Oh..that is a tricky question! I would say yes only because I'm obsessed with this bag and if I had some extra $$$ lying around I would get a 2nd one in black or navy. You can always go take a look and see if the colors are different enough for you. Good luck!

29 for sure.
I am 5'7" slim build and the 29 is the perfect fit. I tried on the 33 in the boutique and it overwhelmed me. My daughter was with me at the time and she agreed (the younger generation opinion ). She is 5'6" and about 20 lbs. heavier. She actually looked good with the 33! I am used to seeing her with big bags though.

I have ordered an Evie in Brighton Blue .... love this colour. But doubts are creepin in. Here's my dilemma ... I'm a Baby Boomer! Is this a bag a 70 year old can (should?) wear? I do not feel 'old' in the least, but trying to think 5-10 years down the road. Would a neutral be better?
I'm in my 50s - I had a blue and ended up selling. I only ever use my neutrals. I have a black, gold, and Etoupe. Those 3 colors seriously are the best!! But do take into account that I am not familiar with Brighton Blue....my blue was "blue jean."
Here's my Gold and Etoupe.

Does anyone know what this season's colours are for the evelyne? I like the idea of etaupe but I think a bold colour would do it even more justice.

Also what can you all fit in your 29s?

Thank you for your feedback and your bags are lovely. This will be my only bag which causes me to think the colour should probably be a 'basic' neutral
The Blue Color Family thread has a good comparison of Brighton Blue and Blue Jean (#215)
