Not sure which colour you are looking for and sorry, the store is located in the EU but Collector Square has a 27 Chèvre in Feu with PHW (been eyeing this one for a while already). On the lookout myself - good luck!Bolide lovers, I'm hunting for a 27 in chevre and am having no luck. I put a post on the help me find thread but also thought I'd post here in case anyone sees something out there. Thanks!
Oh that sounds perfect!! I went to the site but can’t seem to find it. I wonder if someone just snapped it up. If you see it, could you message me the link? Much appreciated! Not sure which colour you are looking for and sorry, the store is located in the EU but Collector Square has a 27 Chèvre in Feu with PHW (been eyeing this one for a while already). Hi all, does anyone own bolide 27 in vert criquet? I was offered one today but am not too sure about how the colour. Thanks!
Yup, I have one and it’s absolutely stunning! This is with ghw.Hi all, does anyone own bolide 27 in vert criquet? I was offered one today but am not too sure about how the colour. Thanks!
It's basically the colour of a cricket (the insect). A pastel green, milky, but still in the yellow-green family. Although pastels are huge this season everywhere, more traditionally suitable for Spring and Summer (Northern hemisphere) or if you live somewhere continuously sunny.
Thank you both. This is such a nice happy colour!Yup, I have one and it’s absolutely stunning! This is with ghw.
The one without the patch is called "Bollide 1923", this ist the original style. If you look on the homepage, there are both listed sometimes.I was at boutigue last week and saw 2 variations of a Bolide - one was very plain without the oval patch or the extra horizontal seam, the other had the oval patch similar to all the pictures in this thread. SA said the one with the oval patch is the 1923 style, but is that correct? they are very slightly different - the zipper goes down further on the plain Bolide. The plain Bolide I saw was in Evercolour leather and the "traditional" Bolide was in Clemence. Not sure if this is why the style is slightly different.
These both look like a 31 Rigide (structured) to me which Hermès doesn’t produce anymore (the 1923 Bolide size 30 would be closest). The first one could be Box, the second Epsom, but my eyes may deceive me. I am your height and both sizes work for me. The 27, however, would not be a bag to use daily for me but is nicer on weekends and evenings. I feel there is a purpose for both but functionality wise if I could only have one I‘d go for a 31 Rigide (not keen on the slouchy look in Clémence so preloved would be the only way to go).Hi everyone I’m trying to decide between a 27 or 31. I like smaller bags and initially want the 27 so that I can wear in the evenings (out to a nice restaurant) but since I’m only 5’4” and larger I’m not sure which would look better on my frame. I found 2 photos on the internet (though the women seem smaller than me). Could you tell me what size bolides these are and possibly the leather? Thanks!View attachment 4956810View attachment 4956811
