Her sister Bolide sends her greetings for a happy midsummer!

This picture makes me so happy!! It has my favorite things and I'm glad that I just put a deposit for a black bolide 31. Although I like the Bolide, I had resisted a black one for fear that it is an old lady's bag so I tried a Gris T, a Turquoise and a Rouge Caseque before only to let go later. The black has been growing on me and when I saw one with gold hardware, I couldn't resist!! Can't wait to dress her up and post here.

Great choice!! I adore my black bolide- its the go anywhere, totally classy under the radar bag that will never go out of style.

May I ask where you got this gorgeous pre-loved Bolide? I found one but doesn't come with the strap so I need to look for a replacement.

There are a million different strap options, as I'm sure you know, which can change the look completely. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
I use one that can go cross body so I either hand carry or cross body which works great for me.

In Sweden at a secondhand store for luxurybags. Look for a strap on Rebelle or Vestiaire, sometimes they have them there. Good hunting luck!

It's funny that you say this because I was thinking the exact same thing; so many people think Bolides are 'old lady' bags but I don't share that view .....

Thank you! I can never decide what shade of brown she is as it seems to depend on the lighting and surrounding colours. A true chameleon.

She has got a new fun twilly I just received from H.com. I'll post a picture of it. With the new twillies in the AW20 collection I suspect she might get en entire wardrobe...

You're right, the relaxed Bolide is the sexy, causal yet classy lady. I love her more every day I use her!

I think so, yes - I briefly had one other Fjord bag (a HAC 28) and it was also stiff and held its shape nicely. I love Fjord and as everyone says it’s a great leather in the rain.

On my list is a nice squishy B like yours!
