It's a gorgeous ring, Carlinha and hope you find it! One more (and sorry about the state of my nails: that's what happens when you hang out around stables).

So fun plumtree, thanks for posting! Would love to see a side view! :smile1:

Edit: Just looked back a few pages, and found you'd already posted a side view! ;) Thanks!

Hi, with regards to the Gallop lariat necklace, I was wondering if anyone had seen both the MM and the GM? I am curious as to the size difference, since the GM costs much more than the MM. Thanks!

i've seen and tried them on spay, and there is a substantial size difference between the two... the shorter one is very short almost choker style and the long one is almost as long as my belly button, also there is much more silver in the longer one, the links and horse are larger therefore more silver material

thank you for this plumtree! i can't wait to see this at my boutique! i want to try it on before committing to the purchase!

Yes it's something you have to try on. Huge rings works for me because I have very large hands. It's such a cool ring that I was pretty much determined to get it on seeing the preview pix!

Thank you for the information! I was looking at the prices on the jewelry reference list and was wondering what would justify the GM being nearly 2x the cost of the MM.

Now I am obsessed:) what's new:p
I want anything in the galop collection:love::faint:

Curious if there are any pics out there of the necklaces?
Are there 2 styles? One is a lariat in a GM and MM....is there another one?
The bracelet and ring only come in one size?

This bracelet is very pretty and appears to be part of the Parade collection. I think the dangly part would drive me crazy, though. My SA also could not find any mention of Parade in the jewelry books after I inquired about the Parade bracelet posted several pages back (retailing for $3650~). I hope I can see these pieces IRL some day.

Same here. Otherwise, I LOVE the bracelet.

I've enjoyed this thread so much! Last weekend, I read through all 73 pages, in preparation for a visit to my boutique. I was looking for thoughts about, and photos of the Farandole necklace. I gleaned so much great information!

Today, I had the luxury of trying the 80cm, the 120cm, and the 160cm. It was so very helpful to be able to try all three lengths, and to play with them a bit. Most recently, I'd thought I wanted the 160cm. But quickly, with a bit of back and forth between the 160cm and the 120cm, it was clear which was best for me. My wonderful sales associate, who is such a gem, helped me weigh the pros and cons. Very happily, the 120cm came home with me!

It's such a beautiful necklace in person! I'd always thought it was attractive, but now I understand all the fuss! It's so gorgeous, luxuriously weighty, and of course beautifully crafted. I slipped it on as soon as I got home to take a photo. So, perhaps a bit over-accessorized, here is my new Farandole! This length reminds me of the wonderfully long necklaces I love, of the 1920s.

Thanks for letting me share my first piece of Hermes silver!
