GK and I were referring to a new member of my purse family, but you are so right about the CW of the shawl. I also find that a bit of animal print ties together and harmonizes other patterns and colors.

ok, took the next step: put the shawl ("orange" cw # 2 apparently) on hold at the store. I didn't buy it today because I'm operating under a new rule of "see it, love it, MUST THINK ABOUT IT ANYWAY" instead of "see it, love it, buy it NOW". But I suspect it'll be home with me by tomorrow evening. It's GORGEOUS, I can think of a zillion outfits it'll go with, and as with all of you, I so like the back story about Ms David-Neel.

What have I been missing? La Vie needs enabling from the Femmies on a GM?!!! As a lover of orange, I must say I wear that color a LOT...brown, navy, grays and WHITE! Go La Vie!:happydance::woohoo::graucho:
