Thank you for the information. I agree with the fact that is not very popular and it should be offered to clients that absolutely love it!
I spoke to someone on Instagram that is a VVVIP (SO exotic in chosen colours) they said that box is as rare as a B Himalaya.
Not sure if they meant the leather itself or the level of spending needed to get it offered.

Anyway, seeing all the beautiful bags on this post gives me hope

I can't pretend to know the H rules, but I did want to mention that my first quota bag offer was a black box kelly, size 32cm, ghw. I was most definitely not a big spender. I had a new SA (my 1st one left the store) and she looked at my profile and said that I would be eligible for a K, and it wouldn't be long and then the BBK came! I was shocked and thrilled. This was almost 4 years ago now, I should ask my SA why I got that bag, lol. Anyway, I think more box is being produced now, it seems many more people on this forum are being offered box bags.

It's definitely possible, it's just your SA cannot be sure what will arrive in Box because the store is unable to actually order the exact specs you want. Anyway in the last 2 years I have been offered RH Box C18, BB Box C18, BBK 28 Sellier GHW so you stand a good chance once you express preference.

I want to be nice but that is not remotely true from the supposed VVVIP (exotic SO does not make you VVVIP). It's much easier to be offered Box than a Hima.

If you love the heritage leathers, it is absolutely possible to be offered Box, especially if you make it clear how much you love it. I've had three Box offers in the past 2 years (mini K and K28 noir PHW TWICE).

Right now from what I see noir Box is more common with PHW (especially given I was offered duplicate bags).

There's also always pre-loved. Box is very expensive new!

Oh I would love a K28 noir box PHW! Was it (they??) sellier?

This gives me confidence that I could get one offered specially since my SA and I share a love for natural leathers.

Even though I have always preferred GHW I think I would be willing to compromise to PHW if the offer came along.

Can I ask if these offers where in USA or EU?

Yes! Both sellier. That's why I didn't accept, since I have a chèvre sellier K28 in Noir with PHW. I *kind of* regret it but it would be duplicative.

One in the UK, one in the EU, one in the US.

Thank you! Yes it was my first quota bag offer, I was not fix to get the box, just the color (black) and the size 25…. It was the big surprise and honest to say…. I still have it unboxed thinking if I should keep it or not ps note that the box leather cost much more than the other classic K leather, in my case 10.100€
