Thank you so much @BVBookshop! The inside is gold. I was only 2-years into Hermes at the time so I wanted a very simple and classic combo. I love this so much for so many reasons. For quite some time I didn't carry the BBB much as I was afraid of scratches, rain, etc. Once I got the proper cadence (and method) of caring for Box down (hint:See Docride's threads), I have started to use my box bags so much more. The best part is that any surface scratches just buff away like they were never there.
Forgot: Doesn't "quite" match the car's interior but close enough in this shot!
ah, thanks for the tip. I did wonder how you managed to keep this in such good condition. I don’t mind scratches but blisters from water would be heartbreaking. I will check out the thread. Thanks!
Note: I DO check the weather before considering carrying box, and will not take it in the case of rain. That's what Fjord leather is for!

Found this box Kelly 32 in kind of rare bleu pale color in nice condition. Only thing concerns me is the seemingly shadow mark or glue residue next to the top handle. Not sure what that is and if it can be removed by spa. Please kindly share your insight and experience. Truly appreciate.

A beautiful bag and in very good, if not otherwise pristine condition.
The marks look symmetrical about the handle fixings and the it predates the double rings, so it is some years old. I believe there are reinforcing plates along the top to spread the load where the handle is attached. Your description of shadow marks suggest they could be an accumulation of fine dust that has built up over the years along otherwise imperceptible ridges. It is undeniable that the marks are visible and I don't think DocRide's 'look at it from a metre away' advice will help here. Every time you look down, you will be aware of it; others might not notice.
Spa can do wonders.

Appreciate sharing of your thoughts. Given the bag from year 1999, it's truly in pristine condition as you described and I am very impressed. Just as you said, the marks are not that noticeable as the color is more grey than shown in the picture and took me some time to notice that they are marks instead of shadows. Will see if spa can restore it to full glory.

It was fairly priced in my opinion, at least I was willing to pay what it was priced at. I think my hesitation has to do with the scratches which I know I shouldn't bother about, so I'm hoping *fingers crossed* that the spa can help with it.
Thank you. The color described by seller was Bleu Pale. I feel it's a very soft blend grey and blue and a really cool combo with box calf and brushed palladium hardware.
