+1. H spa has never rejected a bag that I have had spa-ed, but of course the experience of others is no guarantee. If acceptance by H Spa is important to you, common TPF advice is to only have H do spa work. The pros are obvious, The cons are that H Spa takes a very long time and will not address common issues like interior cleaning or darkened handlesI think it also depends on different stores: I spa my bags myself and send them to H spa every couple of years, they've always taken them in without a problem. It's different if you have actual work/repairs done by third parties, then H won't work on your bag.
Congratulations @jese1988. These are both so beautifulHere's my new-to-me Jige PM in rouge H. It's so shiny, but I'm having trouble reading the blind stamp to determine its year of manufacture. Next to it is the Kelly 32 from 1976.

I’d love a Jige as well, but I haven’t carried a clutch for years, and I’m worried that I’d leave it somewhere!Congratulations @jese1988. These are both so beautifulEnjoy wearing it in good health and happiness

Beautiful bag! It actually looks like Beige to me. I had a very light Kelly in Parchemin (so I was told at the time anyway) Box Nepal - very similar color - and honestly it's not as delicate as you would think. Obviously pens are your enemy and I would try to avoid coffee spillsDear all, I just learned in the Identification-thread about my new to me vintage box kelly in „cream“ leather from the 90s. Actually, I learned that it is box leatherwhich I personally never have seen in this colour. Any thoughts on how delicate this might prove? Does anyone here own a kelly in this colour and would be open to sharing experiences?
Thank you so much in advance!View attachment 5867103
Thank you for your insight in this! I do love the bag and the look of it (it is overall quite pristine, just a medium-Deep scratch on the bottom that does not bother me) which is fantastic given it’s age. The one thing that keeps me wondering if I should keep it in the long run is how much I am actually going to use it. I like to use my things and I do have a Rouge vif Kelly 32 GHW and a black 32 kelly PHW, both in box, already. It is a K35.Beautiful bag! It actually looks like Beige to me. I will look in my archives to see if I have any photos of my bag; I gifted it to my mom (who carried it a lot with no issues) and it was lost a couple years ago.
you know your styleThank you for your insight in this! Any thoughts are highly appreciated!
@880 and @WhiteBus: thank you for your opinions! I do very much prefer the K32 sizes and the B40, so size-wise I am happy. They are indeed so much chicer (is this an English word ?!?) than the smaller ones, esp the 25, for day time use and fit my life-style.
I might have the opportunity to place a SO rather sooner than later and would love to get a very dark green if still available by then, vert rosseau e.g.. Blues are beautiful on pictures but somehow not on me. So, I am pondering to add K28 as a SO for day to night purposes, maybe in matte croc or ostrich. Problem is I would like matte croc in sellier, which is not possible, as far as I know. I‘ve never had a K28 and never retourne so I am thinking really hard on this. Retourne strikes me as to casual for day to night and shiny croc to water-sensitive. With adding this bag, I would consider myself in purse peace
. Thoughts on this much appreciated!
So, i feel the K35 would be an add on and the one I could let go easiest. Or keep it and see how it turns out and maybe sell later?
Hard questions, which are an absolute luxury to be asking, for which I am very grateful!
