thank you dear Serva1

:hugs:
the last one is the Steeple quadrige.

Silk City is a very nice and easy bag, I love her.

Reeling with joy at seeing these Sissy Milano those picnic Kelly shots are the best ever.
Silky City is on my list too Sammy Royal ,and if you ask me this one with the Coup de Fouet design is well nigh perfect.:love::love:
I fell for this bag after seeing a tpfer carrying hers in Tigre Royal .It's just so so cool and perfect for days when it's too hot for a scarf.
Let the hunt begin!!! [ Can't believe I'm saying that already, eeek]

Dear sissy, dear frou frou!! My love for the Silk City also started with the Tigre Royal... In turquoise, dip dye. It was perfect but I was on Ban Island at that time. I decided two days too late that I NEEEEED it - regardless... It was gone by then... However, with H, you never know! I am sure that we will be Silk City sisters some day, somehow! :D

I was a very brief member of the Barenia club when 3 years ago I bought a new B30. Well, its first trip was to London and it was the most uncomfortable journey as I dreaded every knock fearing a scratch, every drink encounter fearing a spill.

Needless to say, I sold the bag straightaway as I believed I was far too feint hearted for this leather. Roll on 3 years and today I am the proud owner of a barenia Kelly 32 with brushed palladium hardware. It is in superb condition having been barely carried. All the hardware still had its plastic on and the velvet nap and smell was still there. Of course it has the odd rub particularly around the clasp but it has just started its patination journey.

I now have a delightful evening planned rubbing in all the scratches, watching them blend in and getting to know my beauty. Living the dream:)

Congratulations! She's gorgeous! How you felt about carrying Barenia then and how you see Barenia now is exactly what I meant about "growing" with bags in a leather that isn't for everyone. Wear her in good health and enjoy your evening!

My first taste of Barenia apart from the tassels on my Poncho, and I'm sure this is only the beginning .
Toile and Barenia Garden Party Stitch
It's hardly been used and looks perfect .
Seeing the post from One MoreDay of a well used version I know what to expect and embrace it , because this bag is going places !:sunshine:

frou frou, what a lovely GP!! Best ever and she deserves to be shown off!

Lordy, what a special girl. I love the brushed look of paladium ONLY on Barenia! Gorgeous!

BARENIA LOVERS, have you ever seen PINK barenia???

LOOK!! I feel certain the description is correct and while the color is not for me, someone might snag a unicorn! Barenia, right?? Look at the striations on the back. Only barenia does this......

I did look at this as my first choice would have been a barenia plume but I couldn't believe it was barenia. It's lavender for goodness sake. Does it even come in this colour. Tricky to go by blind stamp as on a plume it's on the inside and am I right in thinking it reflects colour of HW even if it was barenia where it would be colourless.

What a mystery.

Gorgeous Kelly! I find that preowned Barenia is a whole different experience than brand new. With preowned, the leather has been touched and handled already, so the velvety nap that makes it feel so fragile has already been flattened a little. Makes all the difference. Enjoy your new Kelly, and remember, Barenia cleans up and conditions beautifully so don't be scared to use it!

Oh my lord. These pics make me feel like committing a crime.

I totally agree with someone who just shared that patinaed Barenia is so much more a delight to use. My stamp F barenia toile Kelly is very much my love.
