Stunning Barenia B, Mrs. O! Love the olive twist. Did you need to condition it? I am still waiting for the h Baum to add some lure to my vintage picotin pm.

i'm looking for the H Baume but i did just give it a wipe down with a Lexol PH wipe. i don't know that it needs moisture but i plan to use it for a while and then send off to spa for Barenia cleaning and oiling in the late Spring especially if i can't find the right baume.

it's in excellent shape and i want to try not to obsess too much over it [emoji3]

Your bag is beautiful and a wonderful color! It appears to be in terrific condition. Is this your first Barenia?
I read this thread to educate myself about Barenia. I would love to own one.

thanks, yes this is my first Barenia bag and my only experience with the leather previously is in watch straps. i had actually ruled out a Fauve barenia bag because of how my watch strap aged so the darker Barenia colors are perfect for me. This one has some scratches and character but no spots or color change which i like. It's from 2001 so i'm very pleased. I could see having a black Barenia Kelly at some point, the velvet texture would be gorgeous.

Wow, she is gorgeous MrsO!!! I have never held a barenia bag, and have always been curious about the aroma everyone describes. I tried to smell a barenia CDC at H a couple of weeks ago, much to the chagrin of the SA (who clearly thought I was nuts)! I adore olive green anything, and this just takes the cake! Congratulations, and Happy Birthday!

I'm not familiar enough with Toundra, you can post a pic so we can compare.
I have never seen Vert olive Barenia in person, but I adore the pictures I've seen. I just bought a Toundra box Birkin. Are the colors too close to have both?

Hope these help. Toundra box in varying light.

Congrats on your gorgy VO MrsOwen3 - I adore it!!
btw, the natural barenia watchstrap does darken a lot, but barenia handbags won't... just sayin' cuz I wouldn't want you to rule out the natural (fauve) in a future bag [emoji6]
