Thank you dear, I know you share my passion for barenia [emoji173]️ Declined 2 Bs within 3 weeks. H is so much more than just Bs and Ks. Looking forward wearing Mr Halzan for less formal relaxed summerevents. I like the versatility and the strap buckle ( very horsey saddle buckle) goes perfectly with barenia. IMO this bag has a horsey vibe.

My SA told me yesterday that the name barenia comes from a French city, probably were the tannerie is? but I was so tired after 5 hrs and no lunch, so I need to hear the story again...

I do like Barenia yes and I love my regular Halzan, I use it more than my Bs or Ks. Your combi is so special. Does it have a contrast lining? It will look so good patinaed and the Etriviere buckle is Equestrian related anyway so perfect fit. Would love to hear the origin of the name...

Yes, it has contrast lining in potiron. I was so tired yesterday after all the exitement that I need to find out more about the specs of this bag. I love the contrast lining, soft potiron orange blends well with fauve and still makes it special and very Hermès. Thank you for mentioning Etriviere, need a barenia belt with that buckle!

Thank you sassygee, it's a compact silken slg for coins, your eyes are sharp. I'm using it for my earrings etc. when travelling, definitely not coins [emoji3]

I recently committed to carrying this bag regularly after having it for a while. The patina is starting....but mostly on the front :weird: Hopefully the back will get some patina too! Not sure where the spots came from. There aren't any.


Either way, I hope I live through this phase!

locally in the Washington DC boutique. Luckily, I didn't have to go to Paris.
