I emailed CS about Coach's new Hologram Collection. I wanted to see what else might be available.

Speaking of HB, I stopped by the store to check out the new petrol stuff and there's so much more that's not online. I picked up the zip around continental wallet that I didn't know was made, and ordered a passport and luggage tag. The zip opening of both Houston satchels were too small and hard to get into. I prefer the wide zipper and outside pockets of my Gotham, so the Houston was an easy pass for me.

IMG_5008.JPG IMG_5007.JPG I also bought the RM iridescent but shipped it back right away due to this defect others mentioned. The iridescence appears to be a plastic overlay, and it splits easily from the underlying saffiano. While the bag is beautiful, it was disappointing to see the quality. It makes me wonder if all holographic/iridescent leather bags are made this way, particularly Coach bags? Interested in what others think.

That's the exact same problem I had with my iridescent Elle. All of my coach and henri bendel hologram items are still in perfect shape after a year of heavy use. I have wristlets, wallets, cosmetic cases, and bags that are all in great shape and used often.

Anybody know if there's going to be a phone wallet or cosmetic bag in this year's hologram release? That's what I missed from last year that I wish I'd have gotten. I've got the Market Tote, Crosby, wristlet and mini skinny. I'd get the Mercer this year, but that is just too small of a bag for me.

Anyone know if Macy's will have a discount on Coach again? Also, does anyone know when the hologram stuff hits the coach site? I've already ordered a few things from my SA but would like to see what else there is.
