Small Barenia Belingot at the sale. The leather was whitish for some reason, perhaps the oils had risen to the top surface? I'm not sure if this could be fixed.

Just a few goodies I got from the sale. I needed a few casual mommy bags so I ended up picking up another garden party (wool and leather material) and the small valparaiso....both at 70% off. Also picked up a few scarves...the indian dust, bolduc plisse and a vos crayons plisse. Sorry for the picture quality... I had to use my camera phone since I can't find the usb cable for my digital camera.

And 880- I only bought some ties and the By the Water scarf and a rooster keychain (I'm yr of the rooster). I was very well behaved. They had some KILLER Kelly boots there but they weren't my size.

It was single-handedly the BEST sale I've ever been to! Not only did they just let you in, but no line to check out either!!! I think I was in shock when I saw all those gorgeous leather bags at 60% off!! Canvas bags were 70% off. Ties were $98. Lots of small leather goods too -- bearn coin purse in cyclamen, short and long bearn wallets, lots of visions in every color (lilac!!!), belts in normal sizes!! Didn't spy any shawls, but I was so impressed by the scarves (40% off for $225) -- they were already selling the scarves that came out only last year: jardins d'hiver, bolducs, indian dust...

I'm itching to go back again...

Plum Blossom, hope you can go tomorrow! Plum - thought of you this morning -- was trying to make brownies (while working on the computer, surfing tpf and keeping an eye on ebay) when I spilled a bowl of 20 oz of melted scharfenberger chocolate and a pound of unsalted butter. . . all over my kitchenaid, microwave, and cusinart. . . At least the clean up is keeping me off 18th St :)

Guys, if anyone needs a good place to park DH & kids near the H sale, try city bakery :)
