I'm with kitty - love both of these and had my fingers crossed for the same Guepards that you got, but sadly it was not to be. Oh well, maybe next time! Both scarves are wonderful!! I'm a scarf collector too, BTW!

Wow, what a great guy...can't believe a man volunteered to go pick something up at the H sale! So glad you got your black Passage a NY - I lucked out as well, a friend picked me up the aqua/pink Passage a NY and I'm just thrilled!

I wasn't planning to go to the sale this year, I've been super busy and trying to be careful with money on top of that. Then, I saw the pics on Racked.com and spotted one of my grail scarves, the gold/white/black Passage a New York. I mentioned to SO that I was disappointed I wouldn't get to go to the sale since Weds, Thurs, and Fri are busy and I figured by Sat it would be gone. He completely shocked me by offering to go get it!!! I set him up with pictures and directions and he brought it home tonight. He's such a sweetie!
To be quite honest, the sales in NYC for the past few years haven't had the selection that this one did. You can never predict what they'll have and I was utterly floored to see leather bags on sale this time out. I haven't seen them at a NY sample sale in almost 10 years.

Congrats to all, beautiful things. I would love to have been there I'm with LB, I would love to go to the NYC sales. The Paris sales I would like to go to but more to meet everyone than fight the crowds. I don't do well in crowds of that sort.
Maybe one day I'll plan NYC around the sales.

I wore my new scarf on Friday and I just love it, I still can't believe SO did that for me!! He really is a sweetie.
Everyone found such great stuff, I wish I could have gone but at the same time, maybe it's better for my pocketbook that I didn't make it in person, lol!
I have been so bad about taking pictures lately but this Friday is "Grail Scarf" day over on What scarf/pointu/pochette... so hopefully I can get it together and take a pic to share, since this is one of my grails!
