number of piercings in ear

i think it depends on what kind of earrings you wear and with what outfits... i think multiple earrings could look classy as well.

I have 2 on each ear on the lobes. 1 cartilage on one side and 1 on the tragus.

they look fine when you just keep tiny studs in them and wear something classy like a chanel cc on the first hole.

I have 5 holes in my left ear (one being up the top of my ear - what is that called??) and 2 in the right. I only wear one earring in each ear. Just a pair of classic diamond studs. I went through my wild and crazy phase and am a little more conservative on the outside now, although my tattoos would tell another story

I have 2 in each earlobe and one at the top of my right ear. But I haven't worn anything in my 2nd holes or top hole since college. I don't think multiple holes is trashy, it's just not the look I want for myself anymore.

One in the right, three in the left. My lobes are really small, so I don't have a lot of room for too many. I wear diamonds in the 2 upper piercings in my left ear.

I have two piercings per ear. I wear four matching diamond studs, .42 ct each, in my ears and think it looks quite classy. I do change out the bottom earrings, but also have .25 ct diamond studs for each second piercing, if I'm wearing larger earrings in the first piercings. I hope that made sense

I actually don't have any! I have a certain scarring condition that really is bad for piercing, so I've never had it done -- neither has my mom.

I have 3 in each ear from high school. Well my 1st hole was from when I was one. They dont bother me and I only use the 1st hole now anyways. I don't think its trashy. I even have a tiny nose stud.

I have 3(one in cartilage of the ear) in one ear and 2 in the other. But I only wear 1 earring in each ear. I got the other holes put in when I was younger.

I had the first set done in 1st grade and the second set done when I was in 10th grade. I just normally wear diamond studs in each hole, larger pair on the lower set and smaller in the upper set.

I used to have 15 in total, now that is trashy. Nowdays I have one in each ear + a little pearl in my tragus. So 3 in total.

I have 3 on the right, and none on the left. two lobe, and 1 cartilage. but i'm also a guy.

I really like it being SUPER asymmetrical.

All of my piercings are filled with D or E, VVS1 diamonds. The bottom being .52, the next up being .33, and the cartilage being .22. I like how they look like sparking bubbles up my ear.
