Not liking anything on COACH right now!

YES! I'm sure I would covet what is in your purse closet! I find myself cruising the auction sites looking for some bags, several in particular from 06, 07, and 08. Oh, the leather! The leather, the leather, the leather!!
And Coach, if you are listening, please put more design effort and quality into your straps/handles like you used too!
You hit a homerun on that comment - straps are the deciding factor for me.

I lost interest in Coach over the last few months. Nothing has been doing it for me. Not liking the Borough at all. Although I do like the look of these Gingham Saffiano items. I might actually get a couple items with the FB PCE.

Just read through all the comments and saw a lot of people thinking the new bags are too "business-like". I totally agree. And I'm a CPA who works for a bank. LOL

Haha!:D

This trend of more formal, structured, business-like bags would have been perfect for my past life, which is probably why I'm still drawn to them even though they really don't fit my lifestyle now, which is much more casual. I think the mini Borough is the only bag that would work for me in that line--I love how the others looks but they are too formal for my daily needs.

I come and go with Coach...I love the cognac Madison bags right now--I think they've hit a home run with those, along with some of the saffiano but most of the styles don't do anything for me. I think it's that way with most brands--you like a few styles and the rest aren't appealing at all. At least it's good for the wallet!

I agree it's not love for me either lately.

When the Madison line came out a lot of folks noted, myself included they did not like the styles as noted above. I've tried them on and they are just not me, although I've seen others model them and they look very nice.

The only newer bags I am liking are those that are more relaxed like the Bleecker Cooper which is more relaxed and slouchy, which is what I love about the Rory and drawstring bags. (I like the Phoebe too, but the compartments don't work for me)

So now, I'm in a semi-holding pattern for Coach purses, keep searching the outlets for Legacy and last month I discovered I like Coach flats very much

Keep in my this is my opinion and I'm not trying to make it yours.

I am so disappointed with the current Coach lines and selection. Everything is so drab to me, nothing appears bright and fun. I was totally in love with the recent Legacy line, both for the color choices and the bag styles. I also loved a lot of the Madison pieces and colors available.

Most importantly, there is nothing in purple! Where are the purple choices?

It's sad to have the PCEs come and go without use, but I just have not fallen in love with anything lately and I want a NEW BAG!

Anyway, maybe I'm alone here, but maybe not. Feel free to discuss your own disappointment in the current choices here.
I see what you are saying. Even though I like a good amount of the bags, I can't see myself buying more than one this year (if any) because of the styles. Most of them are pretty office-friendly shapes/designs… It's part of the reason I started looking at other brands this Spring. The colors they have are definitely more muted than say, Legacy.

I'm digging on that triple zip cross body pretty hard even though I know it's a nod to Celine's Trio...

I have to agree with you.

I've been on a hunt for the perfect blue or purple bag.

I've let the last couple PCE's pass me by which just absolutely FLOORS my husband.

I did pick up a saffiano MFF but that's pretty much been it for me since last fall.

I finally used a PCE, but it took me a while to figure out what I should get. Last year I usually ordered multiple bags with my PCE (different colors of course).

I ordered the Cooper in camo print.

I don't know if it is just Coach but the current trend. Looking at all the clothes out for spring, everything is tan, white and this ugly blue color. The upcoming colors for Preston are nice and bright. I wish the bag was just a tad smaller. Another trend, not just Coach but others, are skipping the medium sized bags and putting out a large and mini. And of course the Mini is too small and the large too large

If the Borough did not have all those compartments, I might be interested in the teal or vermillion.

Have not bought Coach from the full price since the Madison Madelines came out. That was what last Sept? I keep getting PCEs though and am thinking about a Mulberry Preston. Trying to wait til it is in stores as I tend to buy too many Coach bags site unseen and then have to go thru the return dilemma. But I do love this and the Pink Ruby so may not be able to wait. Favoring Mulberry over Pink Ruby as I have a ton of pink bags

My Coach buying is way down and for me longer than most because I was not a fan of Legacy....I bought a couple MFF bags. But have been buying Michael Kors, LV, Tory Burch and Kate Spade for the most part. I keep coming back here though hoping the brand I once loved over all others will make bags that excite me again
