Yes they will allow you to return it. I've returned Tory Burch shoes 2xafter wearing them several times after they made my foot bleed (I did finally find the right pair that didn't. The TB Miller by the way-TB is VERY inconsistent in their shoe sizing, fit, quality...). The second return on these shoes was after I had purchased them a year earlier . After several attempts to wear these sandals pain free I decided to sell them on eBay. When I pulled the shoe box down to do my pictures I realized I had the receipt. I decided to go back to Nordies to see if I could exchange. They asked if I'd rather return and I said yes. They asked me how I'd like it and I said cash and they gave me my refund. Very simple and trouble free. Ive returned a few items over the years & I've never had them ask for my SSN or DL however and my refunds are always cash.

I do think they are cracking down. When I tried to see if I could return or exchange $100+ dress pants that was getting badly frayed after 5 months, a manager was called over - she reluctantly returned it.

They did. I was in the Salon shoes section.
This is a copy of their return policy. What reason were you given for the denial?
What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price on a Nordstrom Gift Card.

He just said they stopped taking any CL shoes that have been worn at all. It boggles my mind since I know they've ended up as refurbs or as is totally worn at Last Chance.

It's pretty uncomfortable even though it's only about 2 inches tall
Am I the only one who thinks it's wrong to return used items that aren't defective but just don't fit as you'd like? Isn't that why you'd try it on in the store and walk around the shoe department?
