if you have a SA or can go to a store, I would ask tgem to look up your account. Sounded like every icon can get it and they probably don’t actually need you to give them the voucher (but not sure about that)
ICONS: If you have not used your spa/restaurant credit yet and live close to one, I was able to do pickup/curbside for the restaurant experience for four guests. You need to call the special Icon CS number.
This is good until 12/31 according to my SA, so this week when she is back she will place the beauty order for me.
Thanks again as I finally put in my order with the $100 gift card. I wonder why it was not more publicized?
I don't know what the above post is--LOL--but I was wondering if anyone else was "demoted" this year 
. I think Nordstrom had been extra generous the last couple of years with extending Rewards' level status, and even though I felt like I spent plenty, I've been demoted to "Influencer" . In the scheme of the world, not at all a big deal!

Very unhappy with Nordstrom. I was very close to reaching Ambassador and they wouldn’t budge. Like very close. I will be taking my spending elsewhere.
You know, I feel that way, too, as I was sure I'd met the amount--off by very little, too--and surprised to see the status change this morning.
I would call up customer service and at least put in a complaint. The more of us that do it that were that close perhaps they’ll get the message and that we will take our money elsewhere. You would think with the economy the way it is and may become, they would want to make their long time customers happy. I hate being that person but when you are that close it is ridiculous.
I will. I just added up my purchases again, and it's crazy close! Do you call general customer service or a rewards' phone #? Thanks for the suggestion!
