I don't think work attire (like blazers) is selling well with so many people WFH. I don't need anymore blazers but it was such a good price and I could wear it during Zoom board meetings or whatever. VB quality is leaps and bounds better than L'Agence, which is comparably priced.

Yes I think that you are correct. In the L'Agence blazers they don't stitch the lining in like they should and the fabric is different. They are still cute and I love the shape.

I got annoyed with them yesterday. I purchased an Eileen Fisher mint green cardigan that was further marked down. I called them to get an adjustment and the CS person on the phone told me she couldn't make the adjustment because my size was no longer in stock. Yet I was on their website as I was on the phone with her and clearly they had it. I told her that but she insisted they didn't have it. So after I got off the phone with her I reordered the same item for the lower price and I'll just return the one that was the higher price. What a PITA.

The price adjustment thing is a nightmare. I feel like they are always changing the rules or the customer service people don't know the rules. Which means you get a different answer every time you need one.

I am so excited that we are going to be able to see everything online beforehand; in years past, by the time I am able to scroll through everything in the sale half the items I put in my cart are sold out...So I check out multiple times...which is kind of a hassle. Overall I am happy with how they have set everything up.

You sound just like me. I have waaay too many sweaters & jeans, yet still find a reason to buy more.

I usually add boots/booties, sweaters & blouses. Bought my first Barefoot Dreams piece last year, love it. Would like to add another cardigan from them.

Thank you for posting. I went to see if there were other videos up and clicked on one that claimed to the NAS sale, thinking they would discuss but it was just sale stuff from what they have been having on sale. I hate click bate video's..or maybe she just didn't know..

Thanks for sharing, @lakeshow! I hope this was a rough rough draft of the lookbook. Didn't see any Diptyque mini candle sets which historically have been a NAS staple. Glad to see the Patagonia Los Gatos vest is back along with a good selection of bike shorts. I'm hoping to knock out my Xmas shopping during the NAS because who knows how things will be this Fall.

This happened to me with a Jenni Kayne sweater. I ordered it, then ordered it again when it dropped in price and returned the first more expensive one (which was unworn). They refunded me the cheaper amount! WTF! I had to explain the situation to CS and they did fix it but I got a major scolding and was told to never use returns to "get around" the pricing. It was bizarre and very un-Nordstrom-like. I was like "so you're basically saying that I can't return a sweater that I bought a week ago and have not worn?" and the answer is.... yes, you can't return things in order to get the same thing cheaper. if you do so, it is "up to their discretion" whether to let you do it. Ugh.

Hi everyone! I am excited to be with you all - my summer Nordstrom discussion group - even though I am kinda "meh" about the sale. I too have bought so much 70% off stuff in the past couple months, it's hard to imagine getting excited about 30% off. lol. I do love the daily excitements and discussion here though, so I will be HERE!

The catalog this year is super lame. I couldn't find a single thing I wanted.
