I love this thread because it helps so with the excitement! I didn’t finish the video but am excited about some athletic items. I too want to say that the customer service at Nordstrom is not what it used to be. I think it’s out serviced or whatever you say when you have difficulty understanding the party on the other line

That is because a couple years ago they laid off a lot of the .COM reps and outsourced their customer service :(

I returned two items in my local store without any trouble.
it is super convenient that they have a return desk with the nicest clerks.
Shut out to the ladies at Garden City, they all are super helpful and friendly.
The store had very little merchandise and it was quite surprising and depressing.
Entire departments were void of merchandise.
Bloomies otoh was full packed. It was sad to see all the formal prom dresses department.
if you have a senior or need a formal dress, the discount and choice are incredible.
As far as the sale, it is going to be hard to vow me .
What is the YSL bag on sale?

Due to my pandemic Sale shopping since April there isn’t much I need/wish to get. My initial goal was a nice wool coat. I already snagged two coats this summer. I would love a blush pink hat, Tom Ford or Charlotte Tilbury set, Merlot/burgundy cardigan, and BD throw or blanket. I wouldn’t be upset if I didn’t get a thing!

I have not been to any of my local stores or to the malls since they opened here in GA. I have been to the Nordstrom Rack and it looked sad as well. Not much selection at all. I planned to go to my local store when the sale starts.

It is sad about the proms and graduations this year.

I've noticed the same in Georgia Nordstroms. Not much of a selection at all, so maybe August will be better.
