Did either of my people get in? I see others have says did not qualify even though they did.
My invitees told me they didn’t get in because their category was full.
My dashboard said both invites didn't qualify, but one told me she was in so I submitted a ticket on their site. Low and behold I was told both got in and they added my 100 points for it (50 points per invitee). Glitch or they don't want to give out points and hope you won't notice? lol
 
I know my store said the first day of presale (Friday) will be open earlier than usual, but Icon day (tomorrow) and Ambassador day (Wednesday) are normal hours. What about your store?
I have the first appointment as soon as they open on Wednesday. I really hope to be able to order items they may not have in store as my store didn't have everything last year so I suspect this year will be the same.

Yes!!! When the Nordy Club first ‘launched’ I had the absolute worst experience getting my account and credit card linked. I had multiple phone calls with CS and spent 3 or 4 hours (possibly more, I honestly lost count) on the phone trying to get it sorted out. Every time I called they would tell me, “our system shows you as being a member of the Nordy Club already” but it wouldn’t appear when I logged into the website or app. When I logged into the credit card website, it showed I was part of the Nordy Club, but my actual Nordstrom account would not show my points, notes, etc.

They had me repeatedly go through the same steps, fill out the same form, transfer me to IT... By my final phone call, I started to lose it and flat out told the rep that I knew it wasn’t their fault, but I was so frustrated that if my phone still had AppleCare+ I would throw it against the wall—as hard as I could—for the sheer satisfaction of watching it shatter into pieces! It was, by far, the single most infuriating customer support experience ever, and not for a lack of trying on their part. They just had no idea what was wrong.

In the end I gave up. They said they would have someone contact me after they looked into the problem more, but they never did. I ended up getting it sorted out by, of all things, using the link on the Nordy Club page where you enter your phone number. I don’t know why but that seemed to fix it. It was months ago though so your problem may be totally different. At the time I was apparently the only Nordstrom card holder in the world having this particular issue, if their response is to be believed.

Sorry for the long rant, I had mostly repressed the memories of that until you mentioned it and I got all fired up just thinking about it again! :lol:
I had the SAME experience!!! I spent HOURS on the phone with the card company, the customer service reps, IT. I did lose it and said I was not shopping there again until it was fixed. After a month or two, it magically worked, and I found out on my own with no communication from them. It was a giant mess.

Hi- where are you seeing all these items and their item numbers? I have not seen anything on the Longchamp bags anywhere - and I'd like to see what the Halogen leopard looks like - is it better than the BP in the catalog?
Hi- I stalked this thread and found some, used the method of looking at the online early access items that someone described - when you go to your looks you could look at the bottom and see other sale items, click on details and see the item numbers, and copy the item number to the app from the website and it would show all the colors. I so had an appointment with my SA on the 2nd and we went through the lookbooks and anything I wanted to get, had her read me the item number so she would have it on my spreadsheet. I then sent her the spreadsheet so she can order or grab for me tomorrow since I am icon and out of town all week!

I got into the Fashion Advisory. I'm so glad I did. Nordstrom will be able to watch me shop live through a software program, and they've already asked me a lot of presale questions like "how do you prepare for the sale". This really gives me hope for future sales. Plus, I get a gift card for my time. :smile:

I noticed something really weird yesterday and today. Nordstrom added a lot of new clothes on sale, which in itself isn't odd, but those clothes are items from last year's sale, and the sale price is the anniversary sale price from last year. The items were not on the site before, either, from what I can recall. Wonder if they removed them from the Rack's website and put them back? I know this because I recognize the items and the amount I paid.

My store told me they’re opening an hour earlier (9am) for Icon and Ambassador days as well as on the 12th for the actual presale.
My store used to open at 8 am for presale but seems they’ve changed up to 9 now. I kind of preferred the 8 am, nice to get in and out earlier if possible

I am thinking about the Longchamp leather tote, but I see that the black and navy is not on sale... just the three other colors.

Do you shop Saks Off Fifth or Neiman Marcus Last Call online/in store at all? I always see tons of Longchamp leather totes online and in store. I don't know if the color you want is available, but it's worth a look.
