I sent her a message the other day and she replied that her shop has moved and directed me to her website www.handcobbler.com
Thank you and i just ordered from her on etsy was surprised not to find her there.
I also messaged her and apparently Etsy closed her shop for some reasons
glad she still has her website up!
I will add that I have purchased a couple of straps from another Etsy shop and was very satisfied. I got this as an option for my navy Evelyne TPM:

While I recently got a strap from her it didn’t match in colour and leather though as a crossbody strap it will work unless you look closely. To be fair mine was rouge h for herbag and think her leather choices for herbags are too soft compared to the hermes military ones.
I had a strange adventure:
I asked her a specific color, and she said she has the leather in said color and made it an option to order. Furthermore, I asked again in case of the color and leather to make sure it would be right.
What I got was well-made and gorgeous but...too short AND a completely wrong color.
It totally hurt the eyes to look at in combo with my bag
The leather per se was very similar to the Hermès clemency.I think she just rushes in "yes" and was in hope it would match somehow.
She refunded me with no problem.
After that I asked in several mails for help to choose a color and I asked her to send me some pics of the reds/pinks she has, and I told her that I would order another strap because I really like the quality of her craftsmanship.
She never answered again, and I rated that specific order with one star, but in the review I even also praised the over all quality of her work. (At the same time, I gave her five stars for the purchase of another product, which was pretty good in every aspect).
Suddenly I had a flood of messages incoming, that I should delete that review, she now has the right color etc...
I stopped responding because she never reacted to what I wrote or asked, she was just like that I should delete the review.
Out of nowhere and totally by surprise, and never ordered by me: Another strap now in the new "matching" color was delivered to me. What should I say? It was also not the color I ordered, but again, she flooded me with mails, set me under moral pressure how much she did for me etc. to delete my review...and then her shop was gone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think she has lost overview over her orders and messages and gets in panic when something goes wrong and for that reacts weird.

I also asked h and told they don’t make custom straps for herbags. Unfortunately I have quite broad and find the h straps getting smaller- i really wish they would offer more custom options in the normal leathers.

Hi! Looking for a strap for my picotin 18 in etoupe. I'm 5'6 for reference. What is the best width & length in your opinions for this particular bag? Just for shoulder wear or do people wear it crossbody too? And fave seller. I'm sad H really doesn't carry these...
I just received a new strap for my Etain tpm. I went with a navy, as I wear denim frequently while carrying my etain Bag. My only concern is that I accidentally ordered a 100cm strap. The traditional tpm strap is 110cm. It’s not really a big deal….I think it looks fine…..
