Thanks, I know but it's happened before that she wrote this message but then turned up with another name. She's changed at least 3 names since I've been buying from her.I don’t think so and hope not. The note on her profile indicates:

Hmmm, that’s not good. I’ve only bought from her since Shoulderstraps so you could be on to something. Thanks, I know but it's happened before that she wrote this message but then turned up with another name. She's changed at least 3 names since I've been buying from her.

I vaguely remembering reading she was taking a break because of the Lunar New Year. Which technically ended Feb 5th. She might just be trying to catch up on stock and orders.Does anyone know if HandCobbler (shoulder straps) on Etsy has changed her name again? She's been closed for some time now.
Thanks for sharing! I'm actually considering ordering a strap from her for my Nata Kelly Pochette. From what I've read, the color doesn't always match. Do you own any of her strap for the KP? Thanks!!Irene at HandCobbler is back from Lunar New Year and is shipping now. I have two straps (one canvas and one leather) from her that were good quality. The most recent one (2" canvas with barenia tabs) was very poor quality leather that didn't look like Barenia at all. In fact, it didn't look like leather at all. I messaged her with photos and to her credit, she offered to remake it to better match the bag color but I was frustrated and not confident that another attempt would be an improvement. I took her offer to refund half the price. Maybe this is a leather-specific issue but FYI if this is helpful for anyone else.
Hi! No, mine were for a K32 and both were black, which I'd imagine would be the easiest color to match. I think Togo and other "grainy" leathers might be a bit more forgiving for color match since the texture breaks up the color. Smooth barenia was very unforgiving and the color and leather quality were much more apparent. Her prices are great so it's a relatively low-risk purchase. I'd make sure you put your preferred color, leather and hardware in the notes and comments of your order (basically everywhere you can) because one of my orders came in a different strap color but the correct leather. She offered to re-make or refund but it takes 2-3 weeks to get a new order. Thanks for sharing! I'm actually considering ordering a strap from her for my Nata Kelly Pochette. I've actually read about her strap not being the exact match on a few people already! Thanks for your suggestion, I'll be sure to note the color and leather. My KP is in swift leather. I wonder if she has the perfect nata color in swift to match.Hi! No, mine were for a K32 and both were black, which I'd imagine would be the easiest color to match.
