She's based in China I think.Where does she ship from? It says ships worldwide ?
Any strap suggestions for Caban? I believe the color is in between black and navy. I haven't found a seller for that shade yet.
I also find the Evelyne strap uncomfortable and find it slips off the shoulder easily. I barely use my Evelyne for this reason.I don’t use my Noir Evelyne 29 strap anymore, I find it uncomfortable, instead I use my Noir Bolide 31 strap for my Evelyne. It works great as a crossbody and a shoulder strap. The bolide strap appears much longer since the Evelyne has no handle in the way of your waist/hip.
I then use my 25mm sangle cavale crossbody strap (105cm) for my Bolide 31. It’s much more comfortable! I gather bunch the length of the crossbody strap in my hand also holding her handle.
With a sangle cross body strap on Evie there is no handle to hold only the long strap so that’s a con.
Has anyone tried these changes?
As some of you may recall, I purchased an 04 True Red First from TRR that was missing its shoulder strap. I went to look and almost immediately found what appeared to be the perfect strap!
An Etsy seller from China who goes by the name BtyByFlora and makes straps for Hermes bags that she says are made from swift leather. She has straps of various lengths, widths and colors and will customize according to your needs. She's extremely friendly and accommodating.
I decided I wanted a strap that was the same length as the flat brass firsts, which is approx 20 inches long rather than the shorter strap that typically comes with Firsts. I looked through her color choices, which appear to be shades of Hermes bags. Unfamiliar with Hermes, I sent her a few photos of my bag and asked her which shade she though would be closest. She said not to worry about it, that she would match the strap based on the photos I sent her. So I ordered the strap and waited.
It arrived about a week or so later and I was so excited and impressed with the quality (the aroma alone when I opened the box was intoxicating!). I hooked the strap onto the bag and started to walk towards the mirror when the strap fell off the bagI was thinking, "Oh no!" When I went to reattach it, I realized why that happened -- the hardware was too small for the O-ring on the Bbag. In my excitement, I hadn't even realized that the clasp didn't fully close when I attached it. Disappointed, I reached out to the seller and explained what happened and requested a return and asked her if she had different hardware. She replied "Not to worry" she's make me a new one -- and she did and its perfect!

I have ordered a strap from her and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I might be wrong but I think she was Shoulderbagstrap and then Handcobbler on Etsy, even though these previous shops were run by Irene and this one by Flora , some of her photos appear to be the same. I have bought many straps from these previous two shops and always had good results.HI everyone!
I'm a longtime member of tPF, but have never posted in the Hermes forum before.
I used to be a Marc Jacobs regular, but lately have been spending most of my time in the Balenciaga forum and recently came across some information I wanted to share with all you. I discovered an Etsy seller from China who specializes in custom making straps for Hermes bags. She offers straps in Swift, Epsom, Togo leather + other materials. Rather than repeat everything I just shared in the Balenciaga forum, I'm just quoting my post from there, which includes a link to her Etsy page and the strap I purchased. I did a search here on tPF & within the Hermes forum and didn't come across her name. I even asked her if she had ever heard of tPF before and she said she hadn't, so I promised I'd pass it along.

MODS: If this is the wrong place, please feel free to move
Looks great! What length did you purchase? I can't seem to get the right length. TIABought a random strap off Etsy for my In-The-Loop 18. Makes it much more practical for a day bag.
