I have some of the flakies, and some other random ones, and GS-14. I haven't tried GS-14, but it's so pretty!
Their flakies are great and ok price wise considering the current market, the jellies seem to be good I only have one so far but I want more and the holos were good hopefully they'll return to the original recipe. They have a great selection of colors but what they need is better pictures of the polish to make it easier to pick which ones you want.
i love dark bases with glitter in them - i have so many though im not sure i need another .... i have deborah lippmann dancing in the dark, i have orly androgynie, i have opi my private jet and im sure im missing another 1 or 2 that are similar in nature.
do you think GS-14 is really that unique?
Yes! I have Androgynie and MPJ. MPJ is way different, especially if you have the newer version which is brown. Androgynie has different glitter.
GS-14 is just all around sparkly, holographic goodness in a black base.
PS - you can never have too many.
hahaha true you can never have too many - except when you order a 60 count rack thinking that will be enough room to contain your polish collection only to discover when it arrives that you have somehow managed to obtain far more than 60 polishes and now have to find someplace to store the rest

what is the michael's Melmer? I have no ikea around here, but I do have a michaels'!
I don't know if it's affected 62 but from what others have said 61 is more goopy and not very holoy like it used to be.
I don't use Aquabase or any basecoat for my holos and they seem to turn out just fine
There's a comparison somewhere on this thread between a holo on bare nails vs. Aquabase + holo and personally I don't think there's much difference in how they look. I've heard application is easier with the Aquabase, but my holos haven't been very finicky without it. First coat is usually patchy but the second is fine.
