For my fellow canadians, you are able to use the 25% extra on some sale items:happydance:, I was able to score a sweatshirt that was originally $225 on sale for 88. 50 For $66 with the extra 25% off and some sneakers for my husband from $195 down to 78 and extra 25% $58.50! :yahoo:I saw it mostly in ready to wear and shoes, but I didn’t look through bags or slgs enough, so I hope it helps you hunt for sale on the sale:loveeyes:

So yesterday, was the last day from the 25% off if you spend $250at coach Canada, and amazingly it applied on some already discounted items, which you know is an awesome deal, and Rankuten had 12% cashback, so I went browsing and the paisley boots in black (that were already in a bit of a sale) had the 25% banner! So I was super excited so I got them and the tea rose earrings I have been so curious about, I tried different times to put the code and it wouldn't work so I took a screenshot to show it was suppose to be included on the 25% and use the "message us" cs number , they were super gracious and told me that sometimes through 3rd parties the codes don't work, but they will honor the sale price and add the 25% off if I placed the order by phone. I pondered it and decided to do it (with the extra 25% the boots where basically 47% off) , the agent was super nice, and accommodating, and gave me the discount. Its just my greedy self think is a bummer because I couldn't also get the 12%cash back which is quite a bit back...well I guess you lose some and win some.
I have to say that most of my interactions with customer service of coach on the phone and store SA (except sometimes on returns when I get stink eye) are always super friendly and courteous, which keeps me going back, I however do not like the customer service at outlets. Anyway just a long history to say if the code doesn't work through rankuten call the cs they will honor what you see online :smile:

Urggg, 3rd time I order a pair of either shoes or sneakers from coach canada (not the outlet) and suddenly after being "in stock " goes to backorder, I called and one is backordered until February next year , and the other one no clue, why does coach keep selling items if they do not have them available!! ? Urg and this time I used a gift card ...what a waste :crybaby:
