Do you remember when SAS usually starts? I did the "spend $400 now and get $100 off later, redeemable Dec. 1-6" and it would be perfect if SAS is going on then. There isn't much fine print I could find so I'm hoping the $100 off doesn't come with exclusions. If so, I will just pick up the novelty strap I've been watching.
I thought it normally starts mid December (about 15th or the 3rd week sometime?)
So digging through my receipts from last year I bought some SAS items 12.2 and then 12.13 I bought some more with the extra 20% sale they did. Hopefully the timeline tracks for this year.

I didn’t notice it was outlet at first either. I’ve never received anything in mail from outlet!
I think this might be the first time for me too.
I got an email from an SA that there is a sale event from 11/11 through 11/29. No details on the discount but I'm invited for early access.
