Congrats !!! I saw this Rogue in stores a few months ago and the color with the rivets looked so nice ! You will love it :)
 
If anyone comes across a tooled tea rose 25 rogue in their boutique please let me know! Mine arrived today from coach, only it didn't. They shipped me a freaking shark ornament instead!!
Amazing! big difference between a shark and a handbag! Who put that in the box? Maybe they mixed up your order with someone else's. Hoping you get your bag!

The shark is even tagged as the rogue! UPS tracking shows 6lbs which this tiny box isnt, entire thing is messed up. CS couldn't find another bag either but lucky me I get to keep the shark :cursing:
 
I've been charged the price of the rogue but CS said to expect a refund in 1-2 weeks. So far I don't have any info it's even started processing.

I feel for you...had to go in the area, so drove 2 1/2 hours to my nearest store, only to have the associates shipping the bag back to JAX! I thought he was inputting the return in the back, nope; if I wanted to ship it back, why wouldn't I do it myself? The fact that they want to avoid the numbers looking bad, at my inconvenience is really putting me off. Don't think I'll buy much from Coach now, and definitely not at that boutique. If I don't get a refund soon, I'll get really pissed! Not to mention, for the return reason he put "didn't like item", when I specifically told him the size is too small. So now I'll just be registered for a fickle customer, I guess!

Corporate america and their "numbers" mean no customer service and they send customers away so now less numbers to count! I don't know why things are this way now instead of relationships and customers. I yearn for the old days where people meant something to each other. Now it is just a very cold and heartless world.

They've done that to me too. Especially when I've specified that they sent me the wrong item, or the color didn't match the stock photo, or the stock photo shows there is a pocket where there is none - all legitimate complaints rather than 'didn't like.'

Indeed; I was happy and at ease at my old town, when the SA's at the nearby Coach store were great! They always took care of me, and made sure to damage things out if I had an issue. So of course there were returns, but since things were so pleasant I ended up buying way more than I ever sent back, so that should be a win-win situation. No surprise then, that the Coach store I went on Wednesday had no other customer there but myself. And now I will definitely limit my purchases, if things are such a hassle when they don't work out!
 
i'm no longer "allowed" to return a purchase in the store; evidently i have bought/returned too many bags, so anything i want to return they said they must send back to JAX, even if i bought it right in the store from them. which means i'm no longer buying local; only online. i guess overall its a good thing, since i'm no longer popping into the local store to check out new bags!!! their loss.
