Nothing I want is covered by the discount. It really annoys me that the coupons exclude so much that you have to constantly ask if it's included or not (in store). Online it's easier to see what the coupon covers, which means there is no need to bother going into a store except to window shop to confirm the colors match what they posted online.
There are a few product images that are mock-ups on Coach's website that don't actually reflect the TRUE product that is on sale. Their webmaster or design team or whoever didn't catch that.
I'm cooling off the Coach brand little by little because of these minor annoyances. Or, I suppose, cooling off a lot of contemporary brands. It's annoying to keep up with what market gets the GHW or SHW, which department stores get what color combinations, etc.
For example, the Coach instagram page showed some quilted rivet wallets SEVERAL months back that NEVER actually went on sale in the boutiques. Why is their digital marketing so out of sync with the actual production schedule? By the time it is available for sale I will have forgotten about it. There's creating a "buzz" and just "posting to post something." Same thing for the black quilting rivets Parker. It was equally shown off in Selena Gomez promos during the Parker debut, but was never for sale through the boutique in the same way that it was through one of their department store wholesalers. Why bother advertising it in Coach boutique material then if you cannot order it from the boutique??
