All these rules Coach comes up with that they don't put in writing are so annoying! I feel their sale should clearly state the exclusions and where they apply. And then you find out (especially if you read this forum) that someone else was able to get what you wanted but you can't. I don't think I'm buying anything this go around either - maybe a bag charm and strap. I have too much and it will just show up in the SAS any way at the same or better discount.
I remember stopping in my old favorite store late on Sat night just before closing. I was offered 30% off a bag but my SA never let me know they had a promotion. I was put off. Guess I wasn't so "preferred" after all. I don't know why they just don't offer to everyone. They have a mark up and just offer it to all and maybe don't do it as often then.Consistency is key...and when those long-time Coach customers who've only been able to get PCE, see the newly joined invited for F&F...not a good feeling. Great for those buyers, rather off-putting to the so called "best" customers at their respective stores.
