Haha seriously? Pretty soon no 1941 will be included. Poor SA's having to keep up.

My goodies arrived today, can't wait to get home and unwrap. The awesome SA I was gifted even gave me overnight shipping

Coach corporate ........ I've often wondered over the years, if they really sit down and think things through. I'm not just referring to these recent few days, or even the recent few promitions, but I mean for years now. Remember the last Legacy line? With Molly's and Duffles? I always felt like the "flying by the seat of their pants" in decision making, started to ramp up back then. Things were excluded, then not excluded, then would be sent to outlet, then not to outlet (I tend to buy from boutique, but I *do* remember a big brouhaha here on tpf, where people were told all sorts of varying stories). I never did think it was the sales associates' fault ... I think they were just repeating what they were told -- they were just being told varying and changing things. I think the problem, even then, stemmed from some crazy schizophrenia that seemed to come from higher up the ladder. (I hope this is coming out right.) People would say, "well my SA said this, and yours said something different." My guess had been that the confusion was coming from higher up. Minds changing, different people throwing out different orders .... I don't know ... it's just that this has been my impression of corporate Coach for quite some time now. "Disarray" might be the best word for it.

Hope that makes sense. Busy afternoon, not sure I"m making much sense. Please excuse the ramble.

You make sense. I just contacted my SA and they now have a list of things that are excluded. Black rogues in the regular size (can't remember the number), 25 and 17. Cherry print dinkys and rogues, and as previosly mentioned tea rose rogues, dinkys and saddle bags and Selena bags.

Yes Phoebe and borough come to mind too. Never going to be discounted or go to outlet...then they came out in MFF. 1941 will never go to outlet, yet my outlet has had dinky and saddle deletes for over a year now and more recently rogue satchel.
What is it they say - the only consistent thing about Coach is their inconsistency.

Oh no, no cherry print included anymore? Does that also include the clutch? Was thinking to add that on. Darnit Coach haha.

I don't think the clutch was included in the exclusions. Just call and double check.

Two thoughts:
1) Well the horse is already out of the barn on a lot of that. Cherries disappeared off the website long ago, so the only cherry stuff left are the odds and ends in brick and mortar I assume. From what I gathered, my store had only one left, and it was the display. So in my neck o the woods, them clamping down now saves exactly 1 cherry dinky from going the way of the sale. lol

2) I almost feel like we're in some weird experiment that Coach corporate is running. Like a mouse in a maze or something. Where's the cheese?

I've heard it's because of people buying multiples and then selling them.

I know I prefer sales, but am willing to pay full price if something might sell out. They probably figure they can get someone to bite before the SAS. Manage inventory well enough and that’s the case. It’s about maximizing profits, but it leaves a bad taste in people’s mouths.

They do seem to be using the limited edition and low stock ploys far too much as well.

I prefer sales too. I bought the exotic tea rose full price and got another one during the sale. 1500 to 900 is a huge difference[emoji16]

I asked if it was all 1941 and she said no, just the Tea Rose bags. I don’t know if that would have included clutches or just the Rogues and Dinkies. Either way, I’m so grateful to have been able to buy what I did with the discount. I wouldn’t have paid full price for either any my Tea Rose itch is scratched with both winter and summer bags.

Enjoy your order!

Which bags did you get?
They are seriously all over the place with these rules.
I bought the Black/Oxblood Tea Rose Rogue 25 and the Chalk Tea Rose Dinky. I love both, as does my daughter. They’ll both get plenty of use but they were just too much (for me) to feel good about paying full price for. With the discount, I got both the Rogue and the Dinky for $2 less (Canadian) than the price of the Rogue alone. That I can get behind.

That doesn’t leave much of 1941.

There's still plenty if 1941 items. It just depends on what you want. You can get the Rogues in other colors, dinkys, slgs, bandit and don't forget all the other 1941 items that have been removed from the website.

This is true. And it's not even just about the other 1941 either. What I mean is, I got a couple things that weren't 1941, that I really wanted, with the grateful knowledge that this released me from having to watch for them later. Two of the things I got will probably end up on the semi annual sale, probably at 30 or even 40% off. But at least this frees me from consciously having to watch for them, know what I mean? The same can be said for one of the 1941's that I ordered, and is still allowed under their new restrictions. I *don't* have to watch now, and I'm genuinely grateful for that. That fact alone counts for something.
