Next PCE? Anyone knows when?

Erm, I may have lied now - just saw my bag on 30% permanent reduction, plus lack of sales tax, on a major retailer site. Might have to bite on it! Anyone think that the Coach store might price match that now?

Stopped by my local store. Manager and SA both said they had not been assured of an event. (They had heard both a yes and a no, but nothing definitive.) They felt it is more likely to happen around mother's day. I guess we'll find out soon...

Lately I haven't received a mailer or I'll get it late but my SA just emails or calls and lets me know when one is coming up. Then you can do a pre-sale.

Argh wish I knew that the PCE was truly imminent. Anyway, I am going to go to the local Coach boutique this evening to see if they will price match the bag I want, found a second major retailer with the bag at 30% off and it's one with a store three blocks from the Coach store and that shows it in stock, so if Coach doesn't do it then I will just go there.

Got the price match, they easily agreed! For the record, the Edie Western Rivets is $315 at both Dillards and Bloomingdale's! They have a bunch of other bags reduced too.

I was told it was 3/10 as well and I should expect an invite. They said 1941 would be excluded but they wouldn't know for sure until they got the final confirmation of what is on sale. They said that it may be more likely that some older 1941 stuff would be included in the summer sale. I don't think they sometimes know till they ring it up! If it is included, I'm dead...even my non 1941 list is growing...the new espadrilles they have are so fun and comfy! I may need them in all colors!

I doubt they will match that because it's not really a price reduction on the bag itself.

Anyway, I am still looking out for a PCE in order to get a wallet and maybe a bag charm, unless The Bay (or La Baie) has a good sale going this weekend when I am in Montreal.

I just got a note from a SA at my local boutique store. She said that they are planning a customer event March 10 through 19 with savings of 20% to 30% and added that there will be a pre-sale opportunity.
