This happened with my camera bag and seems to be normal. I’ve seen plenty of posts mentioning this. It will also get worse if you pick it up in that area. Stuffing does seem to help but doesn’t prevent.
I bought the Camera Bag in Deep Green from Saks back in April, and just realized today that it didn't come with the tassel! It's now sold out on their website (https://www.saksfifthavenue.com/product/saint-laurent-lou-matelassé-leather-camera-bag-12973434.html)... any suggestions on what to do? I'm so disappointed... the bag came a little wrinkled and I had thought about returning it but it smoothed out, and they didn't send me boxes with the dust bags... Customer service hasn't been great so far with them..
That sucks. These Dept stores are hit and miss when it comes to the luxury experience. It's not uncommon to not receive boxes. Not sure what can be done about the tassel.

What did you decide to do about your YSL Lou Camera bag tasjaa? I have a few minor creases on a Lou Camera bag purchased recently from Nordstrom (I should have looked more carefully at purchase) and not sure it's worth the 30 min drive to return or if they'll be less noticeable over time.
I purchased a medium Lou camera bag from eBay that was new and authenticated. I just realized that it is missing the rectangular metal Saint Laurent name plate attached to the tassel. Here is a pic. Have the newer models removed this feature? I messaged the seller about it but not sure if they’ll respond at this point.
You can check the YSL website and compare. I don’t see the metal plate on the official pictures either.

Decided to sell my mini Lou camera bag and black on black camera bag to fund one in aged gold hardware with the new back pocket. I do love the mini camera bag but it’s too small for my lifestyle with kids right now. I also find the shiny gold hardware too dressy for everyday and I have WOCs for date nights and events. I’d like to get the mini camera bag in dark beige one day. I’ll have to start a wishlist for when I can have smaller and more delicate bags (the puffer and envelope are also beautiful!) I’d like a Niki at some point next year. Anyway, I’ll be sure to share her when she arrives! I’m hoping to sell my other 2 ASAP ♀️ The black on black is gorgeous BUT I do wish I had a more obvious YSL logo just bc it’s sooo gorgeous and classy. I can still enjoy the black on black on my WOC. How is everyone liking their camera bags? Let’s revive this clubhouse! 
Hi, new owner of black camera bag. My question is, the second leather loop seems loose fit on my shoulder strap. I checked online pictures, lots of them just falling down to the end of the strap. So does it bother you? Or am I a little picky? I saw another one at store is very tight fit, but I don’t like that color.
I had 2 camera bags and I would prefer that it was slightly tighter but it hasn’t loosened up or just fell down yet. If it really bothers you, I would exchange.
