I tried a wider, longer strap on my bag to make it crossbody and loved it. Now I’m just waiting for the right color strap to come in and that’s how I’ll wear the bag going forward.

Much easier to get than B/K. Your SA should be able to get one for you. They also pop up on H online in both sizes.
