Wow, that's pricey. My guess is the seller is targeting international buyers since apparently she ships international. I don't know why someone would not order direct from Dooney unless they do not offer international shipping.

I have seen even more outrageous pricing on Brahmin bags upwards of $1000.....and that's looking at the sold listings. So, I guess there is always that one buyer out there that will pay it. Amazing. Sorry, but I don't need a bag that badly, but everyone has there own magic number.

Russians love Dooney they will buy it.

That's what I was wondering. Rebecca's comment was interesting and something I didn't know. Maybe they are black marketing straight out of the factory.

Beats me. The auction doesn't say anything about "preorder"; it appears that the bags will be shipped to receive next week. Plus, she has several of the bags listed.

I love the look of the zebra Barlow. Dooney has done a lot of zebra patterned leather over the years. I have a satchel and a Chiara.... both with red trim. I think they are very sharp looking if worn with the right outfits. .... black, white, grey.... very neutral and let the zebra handbag be the focal point.


The ladies on this forum understand how to make a handbag the best part of your outfit. The rest of the planet just wears the same handbag every day, whether or not it works with their outfits.
