I'm in love with this bag!
It has a back pocket, the strap is removable as well. This SA is pretty short, my SA said, and I am taller, so I am not sure how small it might look on me! My SO also came in, so I will see this and get that one too. Looking forward to seeing something TOTALLY different!

Just adding the official H.com photos since I realized we never added them in this thread. It shows the detachable strap hardware and the back pocket.

Personally I still quite like this bag, but I'm still not a fan of its price tag...and I am beginning to wonder if the handles sticking up will be annoying to me when I wear it crossbody. Would love to check it out IRL though!

Congrats on the SO!! Please take pics!

Thanks for posting these! This is a very cool bag!

I really like this bag but I wish it was bigger the proportions of it just seem too 'boxy' to my eyes.
And I hate the padlock its a bit pointless and I agree with an earlier poster about the contrast stitching being a bit overwhelming on a smallish bag.
The original Drag was definitely chicer
But in a few years time when they start appearing pre-loved I would definitely consider getting one.
I especially like the back pocket, so useful for travel cards (I'm a commuter) and phone.
(I so wish the Jypsiere had a back pocket-then I'd use mine a lot more.)

Back pocket is such a useful feature!! It’s why I am thinking about a Roulis & why I enjoy the Constance wallet to go (both have an exterior back pocket) and why I debated an Ostrich C18 even though I’m not a fan of Ostrich (exotics Constance has a back pocket unlike regular leather).

I also see what you mean regarding the proportion - the old Drags which are larger & without shoulder strap look great. I think this time Hermes considered the small bag trend and added a shoulder strap for utility, and while I love both things (small bag and the shoulder strap option) I can see the pros for the previous versions over this one (and you can find them preloved right now).

I totally agree with you! I had actually included this bag in my wish list for this year until I found out that it is in 22. I think a 25/26 would be nice but I would love a 30/32. The original Drag came in various sizes - and so I will wait for H to come up with bigger size Drag. I thought of getting a vintage one but vintage Drags did not have back pockets (and I love anything back pocket!). Also, the new Drag has detachable straps, which I like. I know that some of us do not care with the new "lock" look but I think this is easier to get into than the vintage version and so more practical, I think. A dream Drag for me would be in the current look but bigger and in Rouge H, smooth leather but I don't mind Allegrato or Novillo.

oooooh yes! I'm liking your thinking.

I really like this bag but I'm not sure whether it will be practical for me. The Mini Lindy is currently my most used H bag. This has some similarities (crossbody, external pocket, ability to be hand carried) but that bag handle has me a bit puzzled as to how it will lay on my body when worn with the strap.

@TraceySH interested in your thoughts (and pictures) when you go in to see it!

For sure! Will let you know. Appt is Friday

What did you think when you saw the bag in person?
Hi! Ok it was TINY. It's definitely a mini bag. For me, not practical at all. It's pretty, and of course well made, but I wouldn't consider it unless it was in a larger size, which apparently is in the works??? It didn't seem like the size of a bag that deserved these long handles, like one would not need such handles for that size of a bag. Maybe just a shoulder strap. I am also 5'9" though, so things that look normal on some people look like toys on me :)
