New Drag 22: Thoughts?

The New Drag 22 debuted on the Spring/Summer 2020 runway show last year.

As the name indicates, the width of the bag is 22cm. Leather options available at podium: Evercolor (6850€), Allegretto (7150€) and Volupto (7600€). The price indicated in the editorial below says $10,200 but no mention of leather. My guess would be Evercolor?

Anyway, what are your thoughts on the New Drag 22? Yes, no, maybe so? Discuss!

I find the lock on it, and the fact that it’s different from the typical H lock, interesting.

Is the “off” side the same? I’m always hoping for that elusive exterior pocket!

I love the look of this and the thicker strap gives it a great contemporary 'street' twist that reflects a more youthful look than the classic Drag. Seems like a pretty roomy little number too.

Not super sure on the lock, especially as you'll still have that little tab hanging down if you use it, but otherwise look forward to seeing this in the flesh.

I like the style but would love it in at least a 35.
The style this size looks almost too 1960's to me.

prefer the OG drag

I prefer the OG Drag as well. Time to get mine out! I don’t feel like this strap works with this bag, and the lock reminds me of the old Chloe Paddington.

The colors are pretty, but overall bag doesn’t appeal to me, looks a little matronly and heavy.
