Just some photos of the My Lady Dior Small size from my local Dior boutique. Also one photo with size comparison between Mini, Small and Medium Lady Dior bags.
I went to get the Small but I just fell in love with the Mini, it's so elegant and comfortable to wear now I can't decide.
I've never owned a Dior bag (mostly Celine) so I want my first one to be perfect.

They are all beautiful bags. I had the dilemma of choosing a colour. I got the My Lady Dior, which is the small. It all depends if all your essential would fit in the mini. I love the fact that the MLD has a wider strap with interchangeable pins and it fits what I need on a daily basis. Which colour do you like ?
The My Lady Dior Small definitely fits my needs perfectly; it carries all the essentials and still has extra room. I can see myself carrying at work, weekends or dinner.
However the Mini Lady Dior is so elegant. I would have to downsize my essentials and use it for weekends and night outings only. It fit more than I thought. My phone with flip case, sunglasses with flat case, keys, lipstick. It was tight but it definitely fit. I have heaps of big Celine bags, so I just want a Mini or Small bag.
I really like the Mini in the light colours like pink and grey. The small I really liked in navy. But knowing my boring self I'll end up with another black bag lol.

Well, I would go than with the Mini, since you have Celine bags. What colours did they have in the Mini size, beside black and blue
I will have to go back and ask what colours they have in stock for the Mini Lady Dior. But on display they had black, white, grey, soft pink and a soft grey/blue colour. All very beautiful. I'll keep up to date on if I go for Small or Mini.

They didn't have the Lotus Pink, you liked that colour ? I saw this colour at my local Dior, when I bought my bag and it's just stunning.

Sounds like the MyLadyDior is the perfect one. The mini sounds small for your needs, and that may mean that it'll get less use especially when you don't want to go through the hassle of downsizing.
I suggest the navy, too. Black is classic but navy makes for a more interesting neutral.
Thank you averagejoe, yes I've bought too many bags in the past that ended up being too small or too big for my needs, so I'm trying to be more careful with my purchases. I went and tried on the bags again today and the Small My Lady Dior really is the perfect size. But that Mini Lady Dior is so darn pretty my heart skips a beat when I carry it lol.
