I checked with a few NM SAs who said they were notified today that they cannot ship classics out. Period. I love the classics only so I’m disappointed, but very grateful that I got my current collection before all these policies were implemented. Chanel may be forcing me into purse peace!
Ah. Maybe a few stores are just getting their limitation restrictions later than others. Everyone I have asked said absolutely no shipping classics. Period. I’m right there with you, also super disappointed and sad. All I buy are classics and all my SAs are remote so this leaves me without any options. So let me see if I got it right - those NM lotteries that are happening now and that have with classic flaps listed - if I enter and my out-of-state SA wins, I need to fly to another state to purchase it??

My sa at nm confirmed that yes you need to pick it up in person. Hope that helps!
Wait… Is the 2cfs per year starting this month till next June? Or is it by calendar year (if you bought 2 already this year, you’ve reached your limit)?My SA said same thing. 2 cf a year. 1 bag &1 slg a month.

It is retroactive, so if you have purchased 2 cfs already this year, you have reached your limit - I have exceeded it.

Does anyone know if the 2 cf per year limit is applied globally like Hermès? We may be traveling soon and I was wondering if it would be worth it to get any classic line bags outside of states whenever possible. TIA!!
No in some countries in Europe the rules is not applicable. But one bag in 60days i. e. 6 bags per year. I heard the rumors that they prefer to sell to locals.

I actually have spoken to a friend who purchase in beverly hills. She buys rtw though and she has purchased two bags this month plus still can get her items shipped
Did anyone purchase their second classic (whatever Chanel considers in the policy) for 22a and was told by their SA that they’re maxed out for the rest of the year? I’ve read people being told but curious if the new rule is being enforced and told for new purchases
